I highly recommend iStorage Apollo Beach due to the "Platinum" Customer Service from Ashley, Manager of the Self Storage and U Haul Rental Business. I have been a customer with iStorage, Apollo Beach for 2 years. Ashley is a professional in this business, very organized, clean facilities and well stocked inventory. Ashley goes above and beyond with multi tasking. My down to the minute time crunching stressful move transitioned from stressful to job complete, all because Ashley cares about her Customer. "Customer Service" is dead, Customer love is "Platinum Service."

I have been renting at this facility for 4 months. Cleanliness is a plus, climate control is good. 24 hour access is appealing. Online bill pay is easy. But, it in my rating, I must say something about Ashley, the manager. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always there for customer support. Ashley is 100% customer oriented and professional. She is such an asset to this facility and this company. I would recommend this facility because of Ashley. Thank you.

We had an excellent move in experience with Ashley calling us when the unit size we requested became available and set everything in motion most efficiently. We are very happy with the 10 x 35 dry and conveniently located storage unit and Ashley was very helpful with all the paperwork and move in instructions. I would highly recommend this company to store with and we will also rent our U-Haul from them as well.

It was a dump some years back. Ashley cleaned it up and added moving accessories. It was a night and day difference. I recently changed units and found her to be extremely helpful in the process of showing units, making the transfer and is always extremely pleasant. I do not hesitate to recommend this facility based upon her management.

The location and facility are great! The Price and the staff not so much. I was at this facility before it was Istorage and it seems once they took over, every time I turn around the prices are going up. The last 3 times I called the rep had a major attitude. I deff miss the old company.

Worst storage experience of my life. A sign in the office said "At bank--be back soon". So I waited over 1 hour and a half for the manager. I had an appointment and they missed it by well over an hour. Be wise!! Do not store at this crummy dump!!
