A few days ago, I needed to rent a storage unit. A friend of mine in Apollo Beach gave me the name and phone # of Elite Stor. I immediately called the facility. The rep (Crystal) gave me detailed info about the facility, offered a promotion deal for the 1st month and suggested the size of the unit that probably would be large enough for what I had to store. She then reserved the unit and asked me to call next morning to speak with Rebecca who would process necessary documents to occupy the unit. Everything went very well. Both Crystal and Rebecca were really friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Hate People

DO NOT EVER RENT HERE!!! They will raise your rent whenever they feel like it, Crystal and Emily apparently do not how to do their job, and whenever you try to express of how they are keeping the place( like the lights being burnt out at night, managers being snobby and disrespectful, and the toilets being locked 24/7) they say you are bullying and threatening them sooo.... Unless you want to be treated like a doormat and pay too much for your storage space DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

Prices are really high. Girl at the front is very incompetent...Rebecca...argued with me on the phone about my account saying it was in my wifes name and kept telling me she would have to come in with me to make changes to my account. When she finally realized she was looking at the wrong account she acted like it was my fault she couldnt type the right name and unit number in the computer. Once she realized it she was just rude after that.

I have been a tenant for almost 10 years at this facility. The facility is always clean & organized. I enter at all times of the day & never feel unsafe as there is adequate lightning throughout the facility. I am extremely happy here at Elite Stor & will remain a tenant as long as my wife & I remain in Riverview.

The facility is always clean, the gates WORK, and the staff has always been very helpful, including recently when we had payment challenges. We had pulled up to the gate and our code was not working, the manager happened to be coming home and got us all situated right then, despite it being well after hours.

Great facility with an experienced staff! I spoke with their staff last week, they invited me in to tour and view the facility. After looking at the facility I was sold. I started moving in my belongings over the weekend. Very clean and well maintained facility. I highly recommend!

DO NOT USE: The online payment system does not use SSL to transfer your credit card data. Elite Stor is essentially saying, sucks for you if identity theft occurs when you pay your bill.
