If I could give this a -10 I would. Really had hopes that it would be a good safe CLEAN place to use but definitely Not! Check out the pics...this brand new place has RODENTS yes Rodents (Rats/Mice) and the sad part is they refuse to do ANYTHING about it! Talked to the Manager both verbally and via email and they have decided to ignore me Not as a GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER to compensate me; in any way (move me to another unit, lower my payments, clean the unit --NOTHING) BE AWARE //The customer is suppose to keep the unit clean; By Law. If so then why not the storage company ALSO! CAN NOT WAIT TO REMOVE MY THINGS AND STOP PAYING $200 A MONTH TO STORE THEIR RODENTS. BTW there was No indication of rodents when I rented the unit. They will tell you they have no access to your unit and you have the only lock and key But WHAT A LIE somehow they put packs of poison down INSIDE the unit and UNDER the furniture ... yes get your insurance and make a claim but mostly like the movie.... GET OUT!!

Reserved a unit on line and yesterday we went through the kiosk procedure and confirmed our rental and payment, as well as securing a lock for the unit. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the unit. Not sure yet how long we will need the unit, but it is comforting to know that our contents are locked away in a climate controlled environment because it was really hot outside. Looking forward to working with Xpress Storage as our moving journey continues. As part of our moving experience, we just unloaded our unit a little before our 2nd month was up and have received a refund for the unused days. How many other storage facilities would do that? We were so pleased with the service received during our storage time. If we ever have need for a storage unit, we would definitely use Xpress Storage!

Xpress Storage was extremely clean and the reservation process for a unit was quick and simple! I never had any issues with management, pests, or bugs while there. Moving out was made especially simple, all I did was let the manager know and they quickly prorated my last payment and had a confirmation email sent to me! I would highly recommend!

Convenient location, great rates, easy set-up/check-in, storage unit was clean, super easy check-out at the kiosk (received an Email confirmation the next day). Super great experience, will definitely be using Xpress Storage again if the need arises!

Xpress is a very good company. I rented with them from April 2016 - Sept 2016 I couldnt have rented with a better Company. I would recommend them. Very clean and secured. Rick the ground keeper is very helpful and friendly. Im sorry Ive to leave.

BUYER BEWARE! Hundreds of dollars in equipment stolen from my storage spot at this Riverview Xpress Storage location. The general manager did not furnish videos to authorities until over one month after asked. Disgraceful.

Horrible customer service, rodent problem, locks are faulty and they charge you to remove a lock that breaks due to a faulty lock. Do not rent here
