Heres a story. Ive visited this public storage many times with excellent service, on my most recent visit it wasnt. I noticed there was a sign above the keypad it said "if your passcode dosent work, come see the manager."I keyed in my code, the gate started to opened just fine however it only open half way started smoking chain got stuck and eventually motor gave up the gate was broken and can slide back and forth I park my car in the way of the gate so that no one can get in since the gate can slide open, I go into the office and the manager was out for lunch. I called the number on the gate and spoke with a representative that will notice the District Manager. I then went inside and grabbed my stuff. I swing by the apartment where the location manager resides and noticed that she was already on the phone with the district manager I apologize for interrupting her lunch she then informed me that theyre aware of the issue and theyre going to take care of it. She apologoize for the inconvenience and said she would have let me in just fine. At this point I was a little confused because no one has seen the broken gate the way it was as I did so I proceeded to mention that I was able to get in just fine I wasnt having any issues with my passcode the gate was broken and anyone could get in even without a code. The manager was still on the phone with the district manager and proceeded to walk away after apologizing for the inconvenience I mentioned it was okay I was just concerned that anyone could get in without having to enter a passcode. I left the location but fell bad and return to speak to the manager at the location. The manager was on the phone she then said a customer just came in I have to let you go. She greeted me and I said Im sorry and I apologize for interrupting her lunch and if I got you in any trouble it was not my intent. She said, its ok she was coming back from lunch and she would have let me in no problem and again stated sorry for the inconvenience. I clarify one more time that Im able to get in just fine but the gate is broken and it slides open the manager then said "No, no one can get in its locked. I then explained that the gate can be slit open the manager then said Oh really so i said yes thats how i got in. Ill show you. I stepped outside and she started screaming. "DONT DO THAT" your responsible if that gate breaks and if it falls on you, were liable. The gate is already broken, and now you want to blame me? The one who is letting you be aware and your arrogance is blinding you. Is this the kind of customer service you get when you try to do the right thing? Dont trust your belongings here. Surely Im getting my items out and wont be storing with public storage any time soon.

My husband and I just moved here from Charlotte, NC less than 30 days ago and weve never experienced a hurricane before and didnt know what to expect. Weve been staying in an apartment complex until our home is finished and didnt have cover for our 2 motorcycles. We visted this location the day before the Hurricane and we met Grace (MGR) and her team who understood our comcerns and put them to rest with genuine care, understanding, and professionalism. They were fair, thoroughl and extremely knowledgeable as well. Thank you to you all! Lastly, their District Manager and leader handled some concerns we had immediately following the hurricane. He too went above and beyond. We appreciate you. I will only rent from Public Storage in the future. Visit Grace and her team at the Brandon city/ Providence Rd location, tell her Brian & Dennis recommended you.

I needed a storage immediately! After searched online, I came across Public Storage located on Providence Road. Well shortly afterwards, I got a phone call and on the other end was a pleasant voice, which called me down a lot in this emergency situation. When I reached the location I met one of the most pleasant individuals that Ive met in a while. Her name is Tammy. The thing that impressed me most was that she was able to handle EET my needs and those of two or three other customers without skipping a beat. We were well attended. It just makes me feel good to know that there are people out there that still care about the customers. Thank you Tammy and thank you public storage for green employees!

Overly priced storage facility. Rude or at the very least impersonal manager. corporate structure treats existing customers worse than new customers. Existing customers are not allowed to move to a different sized unit at the online pricing that is available to new renters. I understand that businesses need to make money, but public storage has tripled its stock price since 2000. They do it by gouging people. They will go as far as to research your address, name and or email addresses to make sure that youve never been or are not a current customer. This was my cue to move out. Im so glad I did as I found an air-conditioned storage facility at almost half the price!

Held storage unit here for 2.5 years and it worked out perfectly for my situation. Needed to store furniture and holiday decorations when I moved from one home to another. Moved storage items in and out a number of times and never had a problem. Cost was very economical. I no longer need the storage space so closed out my account today. If I ever need again, I would not hesitate to return to Public Storage for my storage needs. Closing out the account was done courteously and efficiently by Grace and Nicole.

Grace is an excellent Property Manger! Had an Appointment set, it was timely - love my climatized storage unit. Vast array of accessories on the wall to fit any needs you may have - even down to the gear to help absolutely control any moisture in the units! Have rented personally from Public Storage before - first time at this excellent location! Will certainly lease here again and would recommend this as an economical, secure, clean premises to store your belongings. Thanks Grace!

I needed a place to store some stuff after moving form a home into an apartment. I could not figure how much space I needed. The sales woman Tammy took me to view the storage area that she had suggested and it turned out to be the perfect size for my needs. Tammy was very helpful all the way down to the paper work and explaining all about the details of the storage business. ( this was my first time renting a storage unit) I would recommend this Public Storage area.

Tammy at the location off of Providence was awesome! She made the process very simple! Quite the opposite of my experience with Lori from the Lumsden Rd and location yesterday. She made it obvious that she did not have time to rent me a storage facility so I had to leave I actually made an appointment with a different company but tammy took care of me so well I got the unit off of Providence and I will cancel my Monday appointment thank you Tammy!
