My storage unit items are pretty much a total loss. Rats, ants, but mostly water damage. They will not even give me the information on the insurance I paid for. They I suspect are being shady. They insist they should file the claim. Not right. Wonderful folks until I discovered that I am almost a total loss of all my belongings. clearly the unit flooded, items were still sopping wet. Also they lock you in. After 6 pm the gates lock including the pedstrian gate. A huge safety issue. You have to be in a vehicle to exit. This is problematic in cases if fire, or crime. Im quite upset. Ive asked to speak to the district manager, lets see how long it takes.

I was very pleased with the great customer service here! They really do care about their customers Wayne and Jose both were very friendly and answered all our questions and solved our problems, I certainly recommend this place! 5star all the way. Its hard to find good people who really care about their customers and here you dont have to worry about that because theyll certainly take care of your needs

Super management, Wayne is always on point and happy to assist. The facility is always spotless and grounds well maintained. I routinely go here in the wee hours and have never felt unsafe in the least. Rates tend to increase somewhat frequently but I assume thats probably the case elsewhere as well. Centrally located for my needs, great CS and secure 24hr access make this place tough to beat.

Moved out my unit this week. Brought all the problems I had while renting there to their attention and I got nothing. Barely an apology. I am in need of a small unit because the house I moved into is smaller than my previous one but I will go somewhere else and pay more for peace of mind and security.

I recently signed a lease agreement with Sentry; I returned the next day with my lock and belongings to find that I was locked out of the unit by the management company. Frustrating first experience with Sentry!

Got charged $50 for a dolly. They cut my lock off then called me saying I dont have a lock on my unit. Found the cut off lock in my unit after moving everything out.
