They charge more per month in late fees than the monthly fee that is extortion, night as well go to title loan place and never get your title back,. Because You cant pay the principal on your debt,. Nothing like getting kicked when youre down, hopefully they will be able to help about the late fees so I can get My property back , buy the way giving 600 hundred dollars in the last 6 weeks still no mercy the late fees still Are multiplexing, at two dollars a day

I phoned this company to find out what they do with the items that are held for nonpayment. The man who answered the phone was Extremely rude and said that was his business, not mine. I simply wanted to know if they held an auction or not, which is in his interest to attain the money again. By his demeanor, I dont think they are very family oriented at all and would never rent from them.

I have been using Family Mini Storage in H-ville since 1998 and only have good things to say about them. The facility is always clean and well maintained, the folks operating it are always helpful and friendly. The facility is well lit and access is never a problem. Definately a place I would recommend to everyone.

The man who runs this facility is very accommodating. He helps whenever someone needs help with loading and unloading, works with people to make it as easy as possible to get into a unit. Great place to put your stuff

Their website advertises a 10 x 20 storage unit for $120.00. I called and they did have one available but the rate is $175.00.
