These guys are great. It is difficult to put into words how pleased I am with their service. I use my pod as a long-term storage unit. From time to time I need to visit my pod to get stuff out or put stuff in. All I ever need to do is call up as I am driving down and let them know I am coming. By the time I get there they will have my pod out of storage and available so I can immediately access it on my arrival. Their staff is not only polite and courteous but they are all very friendly too. I can access my pod either indoors or outside. The facilities are air conditioned so It is so much comfortable to load/unload the pod indoors on one of these blistering hot Florida days. The staff is not only very helpful but they will make suggestions for things I didnt think to ask. For example, the most recent time I arrived I was pulling a trailer of stuff that I was going to place into the pod. It was another scorching day. While driving down I had asked them to place the pod indoors and it was ready when I arrived. My plan was to use a hand-truck to shuttle my boxes from the trailer to the pod. The forklift guy saw that I had a trailer full of stuff so he suggested that (1) I back my trailer through one of their garage doors, and (2) he would move my pod next to the trailer. That way I could work in the air conditioning and I wouldnt even need to use the hand-truck.

Hide-Away Storage is by far the best storage facility Ive ever used, and Ive used plenty of them! My belongings were stored for over five years and when I unpacked them they were clean and dry and not one thing was ruined! I cant say enough good things about the people working at Hide-Away and the excellent service they provide. I worked with Pam most of the time and she is pleasant and friendly and will go out of her way to help you! I recommend Hide-Away without any reservations. They are a trust-worthy company and have excellent standards.

I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH HIDE-AWAY FOR 8 YEARS AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY EVERY NEED AND MADE SURE MY CHRISTMAS TREES MADE IT TO ME ON TIME. OUR LIFE STYLE HAS CHANGED SO THE NEED FOR A STORAGE CONTAINER BECAME UNNECESSARY BUT I WOULDNT HESITATE TO RENT FROM THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEIR RELIGION AND WORK ETHICS SHOULD BE COMMENDED. I JUST WISH OTHER COMPANIES COULD FOLLOW THEIR PATH. THANK-YOU FOR ALL THE YEARS OF SERVICE AND HAVE A BLESSED LIFE.

When staging my home to prepare it for sale, Hide-Away employees made a great suggestion to use portable storage so that I could add items to the units sitting right outside my house! This was very convenient. Months later, they delivered them directly to my new residence, so no moving truck was needed! The people I spoke with, and the drivers were very professional and skilled, and I felt my possessions were in great hands.

Great coordination of delivery and pick up. Also recommended movers to load the pods for us. Great communication. We knew when they were coming and picking up well in advance and what was needed. Amazing how much these pods hold. Their recommendation of 5 pods was just right for our move. Will call one week before we need delivery of the furniture.

Great experience with every aspect of the move. From scheduling, to pickup/drop off ~ great experience all around. The only draw back is the size limitation of an 8foot container ~ but, I knew that in advance and was able to work around it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
