I reserved a unit online late Friday night, and when I showed up early Saturday morning Matthew had all the paperwork ready to go. He was very professional and courteous. He began by giving a small tour, explaining the use of the gate keypad and shuttled us to our unit. He let us look inside and made sure it was to our liking. He gave us a circular lock and explained how much the lock was and then, since we chose an outdoors unit, Matthew suggested a dampness control bucket and explained pricing. We then returned to the office to fill out paperwork. He explained the insurance tiers and prices, the rental agreement, answered my multitude of questions, and was generally VERY helpful. I highly recommend Matthew if youre looking for a helpful, courteous, and honest-to-goodness nice storage experience!

The other day we were forced to move from this public storage because it had become so infested with mice and and other bugs. We had put out no less than 8 bait traps and a defogger but all they did was run to other units. We had to throw away a lot of clothes because of the mice crap and bugs. Brian (mgr) was no help in the matter either. Most of the time the gates dont work and the door codes dont work either.They advertise " Well Lighted " NOT TRUE. They shut off the electricity to the units so you cant even go in the evening because there are no lights. One if not the most poorly run storage places in Sarasota.

Storage was broken into and 7000 comic books valued at 50k stolen to find no cameras in halls, only entrances. No help from ANY employee. Brian bolted even with sheriff still on scene. The only people who knew what was stored was myself, my husband, 3 kids and the employees because I was forced to purchase insurance declaring contents. I even bought the lock from the facility.....I only enabled. Beware of this facility. Another theft was reported last week.

Terrible experience---I originally leased a unit when Budget owned it---Great manager by the name of Garrett---Than public bought it and it went down hill fast---Absolutely filthy---all kinds of bugs---security door was broken most of the time---Manager Brian was a complete jerk---doesnt have a clue about customer service---looks like someone from Duck Dinasty--if they were the only storage facility left I would never lease from them

I was currently evicted from my 3 bedroom apartment and needed a storage unit ASAP. I called and spoke to Kayla who was extremely helpful and understood my need for a large unit in a short amount of time to hold my things as I could not find a home in time of moving out. How long I will need the unit I am unsure of but the process was super easy and I could not be happier under these circumstances.

I had an existing 5x5 locker and wanted to upgrade to a 5x5x8 storage unit. They quoted me a price and when I went into close they tried to charge 10.00 more then I was told. The manager is a piece of work. Just a bait and switch operation and she couldnt care less that I was an existing customer. I declined the bait and switch offer and closed my account with them. Im done with these clowns.

Id like to thank Brian who was so helpful with my issues I had with storing items .I felt so at ease when he explained all the details, it seemed to come natural to him. Knowing someone cares that much about his job and the people he helps took all of the stress out of my busy situation I was put in with my Grandmother. Always trash laying around, they seldom sweep or pick up trash. Bathrooms are filthy dirty. Customer service is cold! If you have a problem or complaint they say call the costumer service number where no one ever answers. Automatic gate was broken every time I tried to use it. Could not find anyone to help me with broken door. Did not feel safe any more! I could not get out fast enough

My daughter goes to college at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota and this was one of the sites we decided to store some of her stuff at. The site is very clean and well kept , seems to be very secure and Brian and Dottie were awesome to work with to get the unit rented and answered any questions I had top notch service from them. Thanks guys for making it painless.

I stopped in because I saw the new signs going up last week. Brian is the new manager and really knows a lot about the business. Showed me around and told me about a half price sale that starts Monday. So Im gonna reserve a space and rent then to save some money. I wasnt ready to rent right now anyway cuz I left my wallet home. Good deal on 25 boxes too. Thanks

I cant say enough about the manager Brian. Hes the guy with the long beard! He helped show me around and told me about what size space would be best for my stuff. He was friendly and knowledgable. I even was able to get a discount on some boxes. I would highly recommend this storage place over the others in the area.
