I and my son were accused of giving a bad review from the owner of this storage facility so I figured I would go ahead and write one. We had out boat stored here and the motor was stolen off the back. As we were waiting for the police to show up, other people that use the facility, were coming up and asking what was going on and so we told them. The owner was upset that we told other people about this. When talking to him we found out that the security gate had been damaged and the property was insecure for 4 days, but no notification went out to anyone. This is the time frame when my and another persons motor was stolen. I told the owner that I would be looking for a more secure facility to store my boat after all of this was over. He stated that his facility was the safest around. I told him that didnt seem to be the case. He then today asked me to move my boat from his facility say g we were tallinn lies in him. He showed me a bogus review that was on Google reviews that I have yet to find. He then proceeded to tell the police that he had motors stolen last year as well. He claims there are no vehicles coming and going from the facility from his cameras and the only images are a shadowy figure that cant be identified. He said he has a security camera at the front gate that is hard to see in the dark and several game cameras. All I say is buyer beware!

This is in response to Diver down (I wont name drop you). First off you were not only told in person by ME, but per the disclosure that YOU signed, all move outs MUST be in writing. You failed to do so. You called us and immediately starting screaming about the past three months being charged to your card when you had "moved out". When asked to provide your written proof, you could not do so. To be honest maam, you never gave us your move out in writing which is why you were being billed! The worst part about your whole b.s. review, is despite that fact you did not follow the simple directions outlined in your agreement that you signed and besides the fact you acted like a child on the phone, WE STILL GAVE YOU A REFUND CHECK!!!!!!! So with that I would say we are pretty fair and honest business people. We cannot help that fact that you failed to follow simple instructions.

We store our RV at Buc a day and weve had a great experience. Countless times when I caught myself in a bind (being new to rvs...) The owner was right there to help me out of any jam. Once, I got my truck struck, bringing my RV back, and he helped get me out. Another time when I needed help fixing my towing set up due to a change in towing vehicle, he was right there with tools. There were other times as well and he was always very courteous and extremely helpful. I would recommend storing here. I am only leaving because we are moving out of the area.

Very poor customer service. Will charge you even if they know you dont have property stored with them. We got charged for 3 months after we were gone. Said because we didnt give written notice. Spoke with Jason and he lies. Do go there. Very bad business people.
