RIP-OFF CENTRAL!! The worst storage units and customer service in town. I moved here from out of town and rented a unit here from. It has been nothing but headaches ever since. I established auto pay when I rented the unit. Yes the customer service is great until there is a problem that is there error! The first month that auto pay was supposed to withdraw it never did and they charged me a late fee. I went into the office to discuss the situation and the lady claimed that is was never set up. I then asked for a one exception as I was in the office only 2-3 days after the rent was supposed to have been withdrawn. She said her manager would not approve. I asked if she could at least try. So, she made a half fast call to her manager who shot down my request instantly. I said fine and let it go. I then had her resign me up for auto pay and make sure everything was correct. She said I was good to go! Now here we are on month 2 and what arrives in my mail box! Another late notice with another fee! Of course this is my fault I am sure. I went ahead and double check the Credit Card balance and the same card I have been using for years. There is more than enough spending room for the charge to process. As everyone is I am super busy and dont have time to been dealing with a billing issue at a storage unit. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE! To a company that has some respect for their customers after they get paid! I took the time to wright this review in hopes of saving someone else time and money.

My storage unit was broken into and I did not receive a single phone call or voicemail despite what their "records" say. The lady in the office was of no help just saying that her managers wouldnt lie and basically said that I am lying. I had to hear about this on the news and the only reason the news was on because I didnt change the channel after a sporting event was over. So I would have not even known about this until I went and paid my next bill three months from now. I am so extremely upset that I was not contacted and if it wasnt for the fact that I have no time I would move myself out of this facility instantly.

I had to pick up the truck at the Waters facility and was greeted by Paulina. She was on the phone when we walked in and Instantly we were attracted by her voice and professionalism. She was also knowledgeable, really sweet and down to earth. Due to some changes in their trucks future reservations, we were called that they cancelled and we were able to keep the truck til the next morning. This worked out so perfectly being that I was running out of time with my move. My overall experience with the staff and availability was above expectations and would recommend them to anyone! Keep up the great work!

Called and got a quote 1/12/17. I went to the waters ave location 1/13/17 and there was a note on the door saying the office was closed and they would be back at 2:30. I waited until 3:30 and nobody showed up. I called corporate and they didnt seen to care and didnt know anything. I came back at 11am 1/14/17 when the office hours were 9 to 6 and nobody was there again and the door said closed. When I called corporate they told me there was a same sized unit I was quoted for 2+ miles father and $25 more a month. Ridiculous.

This is the one of the best businesses Ive dealt with ever! The customer service was by far superior to what Im used to. The staff took care of me and my needs on a personal level - I did not feel like just another customer. They were friendly, courteous, offered multiple solutions to my problem and worked with me to get us settled with the best solution possible. Nice facility and there was no beating the price. Highly recommended!!

Love this Uncle Bobs Storage in Tampa (countryside). Very nice and helpful staff. Ive used their storage twice for a total storage of around two years, never had any problems and they keep their place Nice, Clean and Safe. Their price was so much better then other storage places I looked at and they throw in a FREE moving truck, got the first month FREE, and helped me work around my schedule.... What more can you ask for????

Uncle Bobs storage on waters avenue is the most affordable self storage place in tampa in my opinion. Service at the front desk goes above and beyond the call and treat current and new lessee like family. The atomosphere there gives you a secure feeling and youll receive a wave or knod from passerby tenants. Definitely the place to store your stuff with specials on rentals all the time. Check it out, you wont regret it.

An amazing place to do business. This is a storage place that youll come back to time and again. Its clean and well kept up at all times. I have found the manager Lee Zambrano to always put the customer first, to me she is the customer ambassador. Lee exemplifies patience and integrity. I have had a storage unit with Lee at Uncle Bobs for quite sometime now. They are very considerate and helpful. I would reccomend this business to anyone. It is clean, well maintained and well managed. I wouldnt consider doing business anywhere else.
