My name is Kristofer, I have been undecided in getting a storage unit or just living with my clutter. I visited a couple of your establishments but was unsure because of the areas. I visited this one on woods lake and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I was speaking with your worker there, If I remember correctly, her name was Martha, very nice woman. I explained to her that I was unsure of storage and the clutter problems at my home. She did not force the fact that I needed storage but actually explained the pricing and the benefits of have a storage unit and the safety of my belongings at this location. On payday I shall be getting a storage unit at this location. Thank you very much and , well done on the staff you have working at your facility.

Jane was as genuine, helpful, and hard working as you could ask for!! My experience at Public storage and with Jane was outstanding. She sat down with me and took the time to help me purchase the storage building and plan that was best for me. After we had finished filling out the paperwork, we walked out to my unit and the bottom weather strip/seal was damaged. In the 95 degree heat, Jane took the time to manually fix the seal herself before we left because she didnt want water or bugs to get into my unit. If the rest of society conducted business like she did, the world would be a much better place. I would recommend this business over others. A+

I have been a customer for over a year now and have always had the most professional people help me when I come in. They are very courteous on the phone when they give you a reminder call. But on a particular day I went in to handle a problem that came about and this was when I met Jane and she was so professional in handling my situation and very helpful. She had a clear understanding of the things that led me to have to use their services. I really appreciate her for that and caring. Life can hit you hard and its nice to know that people can relate to your problem and help your circumstance become a little easier as you go through it. Thank You Jane!

Dont listen to these reviews. They force customers into giving them good reviews if they see that you have a smartphone. In reality they scam you by not honoring the promotions they have on the website and right on the door. Think youre going to get your first month for $1? Nope not ever. They tell you that deal does not apply because their space is limited but look at the locks on the units..... square locks means that space is open and round locks means that it is rented. I saw way more square locks.

Be Good

For the last eight plus years, Public Storage has been a shelter for my belongings and what not. Amanda D. Saved a customer as I was not satisfied with a few things. The issues were addressed prior to Christmas. It has been a dream since. Well done, Public Storage, for hiring a highly competent, professional manager for this site. It had been lacking of on for awhile; however, since her arrival, there has been a night and day difference with the property and management. Well done, Amanda D.!

Absolute Security

I want to say a very special Thank you to Darren; I was very impressed with his professionalism that he showed. He was very helpful in my search for a storage facility which met ALL my needs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, I especially enjoyed his wonderful customer service. I cant thank him enough for helping me with ALL my storage Needs. He even gave me a tour of the grounds before I purchased the unit. :-)

Only gripe is that I wish the process was a little more upfront in disclosing additional fees. It was only until I was closing on a unit that I was advised that It was required to carry insurance (only available through their provider) for $11 and buy one of their "security" locks for $20-25. Other than that, it was a nice facility with great staff and ultimately I felt safe leaving my stuff there!

I arrive to look at a locker and was greeted by a young woman named Sonya, she had a friendly smiling face and was quite knowledgeable of rates and sizes. I was taken around and shown the possible locker sizes to rent. The security seemed to be good enough that I feel my things would be safe without question. It was refreshing to find someone who was professional and again did it with smile.

Had a very good experience at this location. Sonya was very efficient and helpful. The property was clean and well kept. No doubts that my belongings will be safe here. Picked up some things from my unit and was once again impressed with the help I received from Sonya. Everything was completely as it should be. Still confident my belongings are very safe here!

I have been using Public Storage in Greenville for many years and this location is just as great as the others I have used. I will always use them for their great customer service and secure locations. Went back to get some boxes yesterday and even though a new face still great service! Amanda helped me just last week and was again fantastic!

Went in to get a unit for some of my extra belongings. Was surprised at how much they cared most storage places like cube smart dont give the extra effort. Melissa helped me find the perfect size and within a couple minutes I was unloading my things. Will defiantly be recommending this company to my friends! Thanks Melissa !

Sonya showed me the best option for my situation, but my husband decided we didnt need after all.
