Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU ARE A PHARMACEUTICAL REP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After being at this facility for 3-4 months, the manager closed my unit without asking me because they said they had not seen me there enough and thought I was not using my storage unit. Did I need to stop by the front desk and say hi every time? The garbage dumpster is locked at all times, which I considered a horrible inconvenience. I was told I could use it if I asked for the keys, which I did on multiple occasions. When it was time to move out, I gave a 30 day notice, but was told I could not use the garbage dumpster to get rid of my storage contents. I had to make multiple trips to discard my belongings which consisted of old marketing material for work. Yes, I only needed to through away paper items, not furniture and bulky items. After many inconveniences with this storage facility, they charged me for an extra months rent because the door to my storage unit was not pulled up by the 1st due to a sick child that I had. I pulled it up on the second. Also, they would forget to send me my statement every single month, even though I called every single month to remind them to do so. I had to expense this unit for my job and I needed a statement every month to do so, total pain. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone, especially not to anyone in the pharmaceutical industry!!!!!

I am very frustrated with StoreSmarts services! I was a customer there for about 18 months and it started off fine. However, when I moved out of my unit at the end of January, they notified me that since I hadnt given them the proper notice, I would be charged for the rest of that month AND another full month. Although I wasnt happy, I paid for the additional month and made it clear that I was completely out and would not be returning. I was then charged again in March for my unit. They claim there is a lock on my unit, but I have the lock with me. Also, they have disconnected my code so I couldnt even get in to take the lock off if it was mine. The employee I spoke with was extremely unhelpful. In sum, theyve charged me for NINE WEEKS of storage after I moved out.

Worst Uhaul experience EVER!! Do not use this company. Charged us for blankets we never got. Told us we had a 3 hour Grace period to return a truck, then charged a full extra day when we were 1 hour late. Lies, lies. Then said there was NOTHING they would do about it even though they admitted they were wrong. DO NOT USE! Would give 0 stars.

We, recently,had a need for storage in the Greenville area and decided to use Store Smart. Luke and Ken are true gentlemen and professionals. This is the nicest storage facility we have ever used. It is clean and well maintained. We highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services.

Very clean, friendly courteous staff... however... what they do not tell you at the time you rent is... the rate increases by 6.5% every 6 months, which is a progressive scale!!! Im looking for another facility
