This is the BEST storage facility in Brandon!!! Nina is awesome. We were on auto pay & had to cut our card off. We completely forgot to notify Extra Space Storage for TWO months. Nina called today after trying for two months, she finally reached my wife. We never received the email notices because they were in SPAM. If this situation had happened at P**lic St**age...all of our stuff would have been already auctioned off!!! Bravo! to Nina for going the extra mile and making the extra call that allowed us to pay our account up to date with no penalty. Nina, I thank you, my wife thanks you and we want you to know, "WE APPRECIATE YOU & THE STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU PROVIDED US."

We rent two spaces at Extra Space Storage going on two years now. We love the location and the staff Greg and Nina are very attentive to the property. We get a lot of deliveries throughout the day and they are always on property to assist when needed. Our office space has had some issues with electrical and air conditioning and in both issue Greg was very prompt to get the issues addressed and repaired in a timely manner so that we could still continue running our business. Thanks Extra Space Storage!!!!

Ms. Nina Dils was an absolute delight. She was helpful, pleasant, thorough, willing to stay after hours to help finish the lease agreement, and most importantly, she was very patient with me. The rates were the most competitive in the area. The site and the storage units are clean and easily accessible. My experience was completely positive. I am happy to recommend this establishment to anyone who needs extra storage.

Great location & price, I had researched all the different storage companys prices in the Brandon, Riverview, Seffner, Valrico area and Extra Space Storage had the best prices. Really appreciated being able to drive right up to my storage door & drop off / pick up my boxes, Holiday decorations in/ out of my hatchback. Very nice, friendly Customer Service by Gregg & Eddie.

I was shock to see roaches coming out of my storage unit today. I was told they spray the place once a month, if so why are roaches coming out of my unit that only has books, DVDs, clothes, all in tapped up new boxes and shelves, tables, and a bike that has been in storage less than 3 months? They say there is nothing they can do about it.

Very clean,peat control kept, very kind lady who works here she always makes sure yiu are getting the best out of your money! We moved in our house and got a smaller unit to keep stuff that would not fit in our home in it.there was not a doubt in our mind who we where going to use! We highly.... Recommend this location
