Rented a unit on line at public storage on pine knoll drive in Greenville and went to sign and pay the 25.00 admin fee and promotion of first month for 1:00. Looked at my 10x10 climate controlled unit that was down a narrow hall and around the corner. Door on unit was plywood and not secure looking at all. Moving day was next day so had to take it. Next day movers came and I explained storage space and they did. Not think was large enough so I went on line and saw they had a larger unit so I went online to reserve thinking it would be an easy transfer.. WRONG!! Wanted another 25.00 administrator fee and would not honor the advertised special of 1:00 first month and reduced monthly rate .. I could not comprehend the logic behind that since I actually never moved in. I decided to make a call to another storage facility extra space storage on Laurens road...very impressive facility, no admin fee, first month free, CLEAN facility with slide up metal doors and the manager assisting me had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend extra space storage and think hard if you are considering public storage..

Recently downsized my storage unit at the Lauren Road location which is an older facility but its the only one Ive ever used in Greenville, off & on for over 10 years. Leah Anderson was most helpful and accommodating in getting this arranged. She knows that place inside & out! Ive resigned myself to the fact that Im always going to have a storage unit and am very happy at this Extra Space location.

My Aunt recently rented a storage unit here and the manager Lisa really went above and beyond to take care of everything she needed. The price was very reasonable and the facility was extremely clean. I was very impressed. Lisa even gave us bottled water because we were thirsty and it was a very hot day. You dont see service like this anymore! Highly recommend the great people here!

Very pricey. Your first month is free, not really. They stick you with all types of administration fees. And then try and sell you all this insurance. Gates wont allow you in after 11 or maybe its 9. Very inconvenience when you are trying to move and work.
