Last year I rented a storage unit for a short while at the Budget Self Storage in Valrico when Christina Barrett was the manager there. She made renting the unit easy and made sure to tell you about all of your options in accessing your unit and paying your rent in person, by phone, or online; providing you with printed instructions. Recently, I decided I still needed to store a few items and went to Budget Self Storage in Brandon as a new customer (there was a coupon online). I was happy to know Christina Barrett was still working at the Budget Self Storage but now in Brandon. Christina is honest, professional, and top notch. She provides excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful and willing to find a unit that suited my storage and budget needs. She has the ability to make sure you are satisfied with the unit selected and/or will work hard to find the right one for your needs. She was patient and always willing to go the extra mile. She exceeded my expectations in locating the right unit for me. She did a great job. On a scale of 1-10, I give her a 10.

Great manager, Christina is the BEST! Ive worked with various people before, over my lifetime. Shes pleasant, friendly, positive, intelligent, and understanding. Justin is a great asset to her facility; so glad he is on board, and he is very friendly, as well. The facility is very well-planned, spacious, and simple to use. Its location is in walking distance of many fast food and full-service restaurants, a Walmart, a Publix, a nearby U-Haul truck rental place, and a couple of gas stations. The only things I wish were available to storage renters is use of a trash bin, for basic cleaning and small, broken items, as well as a place to donate/pick up unwanted items (such as special areas U-Haul has set up to share boxes for reuse and small household items). Overall, this is the coolest place in town to store your stuff! Working with this staff has been a delight, and I highly recommend this particular location.

I did a lot of research and pricing while I was looking for a storage unit and I found budget self storage to have remarkable deals as well as unbelievably clean and secured units. They have the lowest rates in town. And when I got to budget self storage they where so kind and nice and they had great customer service. I also feel really confident that nothing could happen to my belongings because they have a gate with an individual gate code for each customer so there is no way strangers can just enter on the property. Budget self storage has video cameras looking at every angle on the property so I am assured no one can just break into my unit. I am very satisfied with everything budget self storage has to offer their customers; and I am proud to be a BUDGET SELF STORAGE CUSTOMER!!!

I have been looking around for a storage unit, and doing a lot research and viewing of different properties, and I finally went into Budget Self Storage, Spoke with Justin. out of all of the place that i have been too, this was the cleanest and by far one of the nicest staffed self storage facilities. Show room is clean and well organized and their packing material and storage equipment is fare priced. the Storage units are clean and well maintained. very happy i went into Budget self Storage. I have a great storage unit, good staff to deal with, great rates and amazing deals.......Highly recommend going to Budget Self Storage and taking a look!

Justin assisted me in obtaining the correct space required for a shipment coming from Vegas to Brandon, Fl. Prior to my sons arrival, Justin explained the various sizes of storage spaces and cost. Upon the day of his arrival, Justin quickly processed us in and conveniently took care of the paper work. The space was clean and easy to access. His customer service skills were outstanding. One may have thought that he owned the storage facility with the confidence and friendliness demonstrated. The owner of the facility and Budget Storage should consider this young man for positions of greater responsibility. Great job!

The manager is never in the office, and worse is terribly rude to customers and really antsy/wired (too much coffee?) up when she is there. Their multitude of cameras they advertise do not capture any areas that will help you if there is an incident with your unit. And just recently there was an incident on property involving my unit, and come to find out all memory from the surveilance cameras has been wiped. There gate malfunctions and is open a good bit of the time. The maintenance man does a great job keeping the place looking nice...if I had to say something positive.

great employees to deal with during such a stressful time in our lives... i would refer them to ANYONE, both Christine & Mike are very pleasant to store with. i have even moved with Christine when she was transferred to her new store, I just feel that when you are storing your personal items that are very precious to you and your family...that there should be trust & loyalty felt....and i do feel that with Christine & her new assistant Mike. Kudos to yall!!

My Wife and I love this facility. We have been here since they opened and love how clean and safe the property looks and feels. We have never experienced any problems with the gate or the cameras. The property manager Christina is very friendly and we are very happy to see the assistant manager Justin back, He was such a nice guy and very helpful anytime we needed him. Weve used many storage facilities in the past, Budget Brandon is by far our favorite.

I use to store here when it was Budget Self Storage. I stopped by this week and noticed the name change to Life Storage, I inquired about the same size unit I had last year only to be told it was now $50 more than last year plus they now have sign up fees and are very limited on the specials they offer. I was very disappointed, I ended up storing with Extra Space at a much more reasonable rate. Plus my first month was free!

My wife and I recently rented storage space at their facility in Brandon. We had driven all night from Atlanta and were worn out when we arrived. Justin took great care of us and was very professional getting us checked in so we could put some furniture in the storage unit. The facility is very clean and has a lot of parking. Hi I recently rented a unit from this storage facility and they have great customer service. Since I have been here they have accommodated me with push carts and dollys. The other facilities I have been to have not had those helpful things needed to make a easy transfer available. I am happy that I have chose this facility to accommodate my needs. Stopped by the Budget location on Bloomingdale Ave, Spoke with Justin in the office in regards to a unit for my Sister who is moving to Florida at the end of the year. He was very polite and helpful with any question or concern I had. I had no reason to look any further, I will be using Budget anytime I need storage. The property looks really clean and the customer service is great.
