I went to my storage unit, and had a setup schedule of someone coming to get some stuff out so I could down size and James was there to help me with everything! He got me a smaller unit and let me sit in the office while I had cancellation after cancellation of box truck drivers. We talked like old friends, about family, kids, and life. I felt very comfortable there and like I was a part of the family. Which is a plus considering I was doing all this while my boyfriend was out of town working, only because he didnt want to deal with it. James helped me over and above! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone I see! They are definitely great and treat you like family!

Between the friendly, knowledgeable staff & the clean units, this place is great! They continuously spray for pests & keep the areas clean. The office has great hours, but you can access your units after hours which was a huge plus is deciding to rent here! Very safe & secure location! I wish they had a sister location where we are moving, because they also have EXCELLENT RATES! Hope this review helps make your decision to rent with them easier! 5 STARS!

My experience at simply self storage was the best experience Ive ever had at a storage company. The lady that helped me her name was Kim and she was very helpful! We came in on a Sunday and she was very kind and very helpful and answered all of my questions and got us in and out very quickly. Very clean place . Everything that it said online was how it was when I got here. I recommend this place to anybody looking for storage!

My experience was so amazing. The manager is the best. So positive and made feel better as I was going through a rough situation. She is a special lady and I strongly recommend simply self storage. Facility is well lit, clean and safe. I come and go with no problems. Best price I found on the area. Great people!!! Mary also stayed late to get our lease finialized!

Love my new storage unit and location! Very clean and Mary is a trip! Love to go up there and have a chat with her! James spent a lot of time finding me extra discounts so I got a great deal o my unit. He found an inside unit very close to the door. Facility is clean and has lots of security. I shopped around and this was by far the best price for size.
