LISTEN UP FOLKS!!.... HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU SAID TO YOURSELF....THERES JUST NO GREAT OR EVEN GOOD FOR THAT MATTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE ANYMORE!!...I KNOW THAT I FEEL THAT WAY 99.9% OF THE TIME!!!...BUT MY FIRST THOUGHT WHEN I WALKED IN TO THIS BUSINESS WAS HOLY COW!!...THIS PLACE MUST HAVE SOME PRETTY AWESOME MANAGEMENT!!..WHAT I FOUND HERE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL,AND VERY COURTEOUS PERSONAL!!..SO I TOURED THE PLACE & LET ME TELL YOU- I AM A VERY OBSERVANT PERSON THAT DOESNT MISS MUCH!!.. AND I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED IN THE SECURITY HERE AS WELL THE UP-KEEP OF THE GROUNDS AND BUILDINGS!!..IT ALL LOOKS LIKE IT WAS JUST BUILT!!!...NO TRASH AT ALL ON THE ENTIRE GROUNDS OR IN ANY OF THE BUILDINGS!!..SO LET ME TELL YOU...THE MANAGER HERE "ALLISON", IS ON THE J.O.B.!!!!...I GOTTA GIVE HER HER PROPS!!!...SHE HAS THIS JOINT COVERED!!!..SO I RENTED THE BIGGEST SPACE THEY HAD AND I WILL BE HERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME!!!...& SO SHOULD YOU IF YOU EVER HAVE ANY STORAGE NEEDS FOR ANY REASON AT ALL!!........................................................................................MIKE P.,

Nothing grates on me more than the feeling of being cheated. We recently had to move and needed to store our belongings. The first month of storage was 50% off. Instead of $71, it was $35.50. Good so far. When my wife checked it, they started adding fees. $22 admin fee, $9 insurance fee, and a required lock for $14.99. We still have the lock. It cant be used for anything else. Our $35.50 storage locker was $81.49. (Plus sales tax, of course.) That boggles my mind. Moving have given a lot of people the opportunity to take advantage of us, but this was the worst. There is no excuse for that sort of markup.

I have used this location 3 times in last couple of years. Each time for a decluttering, painting or remodeling project. My visits are normally for 2 or 3 months. They have great first month specials and Allison has provided excellent service. I have used both indoor ac units and drive up units without ac. All units have been clean and easy to use. I love the 24 hour gate access.

I dont even remember when I started using this location but Allison has always been super helpful. Super friendly and always remember me when I come in . Thanks, not getting to see you makes getting rid of the unit almost sad.

Love metro storage! Everyone is always very friendly and helpful and always there when I need them. I would not store my property anywhere else. You can not go wrong with metro storage!!
