I have been natural for a year and decided.I wanted a relaxer and since I was in the area and have been here for blowouts in the past, I popped in. I was a walk-in and had looked at Facebook to see prices before going. According to the prices they have posted on Facebook, I expected to pay $65 ( plus tip of course) for a relaxer. I was asked if I wanted my "whole hair or little bit?" (curious question, but of course my whole hair). Process went as expected, got an uneven trim, and was ASTONISHED to come to find this service cost me $152!!!! Her daughter explained to me that "whole hair" cost $125 and I was charged $27 (I guess) for an uneven trim, and I wanted an actual cut and style but at no time did anyone ask what services I required. Im now figuring, "whole hair" to be a full application and "little bit" to be a retouch of roots. $65 is REALLY expensive for a retouch anyway you look at it, and $125 for a relaxer is OBSCENE (hair length not beyond shoulders, in the back). If a service will cost a SUBSTANTIAL, amount- ESPECIALLY NEARLY DOUBLE the price, I think for integrity purposes its worth a mention. I went home, washed my hair, cut my own hair to even it out and convinced my boyfriend to cut the mullet in the back for me. I will have to go seek out services for a proper style, but had to cut it myself because I looked a fool and work in a professional environment. I feel swindled, and will not return. I will say that the staff is quite lovely, and the two daughters are very nice. My hair is indeed relaxed but for $152 I had to do A LOT of work after the fact to fix it. Ive walked out of salons for half of the price with a proper style and relaxer and will return to them instead of here. I used to recommend this place to everyone, and know I have gotten them quite a few visits, but will cease to do so now. * I had not seen the updated/ edited response from the business. The haircut was crooked. I tried to add photos that popped up in my timeline from when I left the shop and when I did my own hair when I got home (posted on my Facebook) but I suppose the lapse in time wont allow me to do so. I would not dispute breakage or the condition of my natural hair, but for 152 bucks I left with crooked hair from bangs to back.

The first time I want there. I was the first customer. I had to wait 10mins to get my hair wash because the stylist was doing another stylist hair that work there. Umm..from my understanding customers come first. So untold the stylist I want a deep conditoner a straight blow, my ends trimmed, and a flat iron. So after my hair get washed she tells me that she dont do hair , she only washes the hair and that i had to wait for Natasha to come in. So this lady has me sitting in the chair with my hair wet , and water running down my face and ears. So I waited another 20 mins for Natasha. So she finally told me to come over to get station. So i sit in the chair. She walks away and start eating her breakfast and talking to the other workers that came in. Again im sitting in the chair with way hair. At this point Im cold and aggiated . So I had to wait another 10mins. So she finally decides to start my hair. So I stopped her because she didnt ask me what I wanted, she didnt even introduced herself. She didnt ask me if this was my first time being a customer. I had to tell her what I wanted . They are very unprofessional. The price is ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to go there. She supposedly cut my ends. My hair was uneven. The only thing I liked that she did was getting my hair straight. Therefore my hair is natural and it curls when it get wet. And they also charge you when you use your debit or credit card. Your better off paying with cash.

Wonderful experience! Natasha is AMAZING!! She is very knowledgeable about the products they use, what your hair needs and how to keep your hair healthy. Natasha is also very in tune to her clients....she could tell I was nervous about getting a trim and she made every effort to help me relax. She is also GREAT at blowing out and styling- being careful not to burn your hair. I have been to less expensive salons but the service was less impressive and stylist less engaged. You get what you pay for. The other stylist in the shop do great work too. Their customers look fabulous and happy when they leave. I would feel comfortable letting anyone in there do my hair! I would definitely recommend anyone in the shop!!

After showing up several times to be turned away with excuses because the stylist double booked or was late or given another stylist.. I was pretty much done. I didnt feel that my time was respected. Theyve got to get better at keeping their appointments. Im a busy professional and my time is just as valuable as theirs. Dont care how good you are, Customer Service is key. When I make my appointment with my stylist, I dont want to have my hair done by her sister or her daughters. Your personal stylist is exactly that. You want who you came to see.

I must say that I have had an awesome experience at this salon from the first time I walked in last minute they attended to me and were super friendly , another time I got there late and Natasha still stayed late and did my hair , I brought my 7 year old daughter which had super long hair and they treated her so gentle and Natasha cut her hair and did an amazing job. They use quality products so its worth the money you pay . Its a great salon! Thanks Ladies :-)

Natasha is definitely the best stylist I have experienced. My hair had some breakage and was frustrating to manage but as soon as i came to her she made me feel welcomed comfortable as soon as I walked in and knew what to do. The shop is clean and proffessionally kept. I have never until today spent no longer than an hour in a salon. She definitely gained a customer today and Im willing to drive 40 minutes every 2 weeks!!!

this would be my third time coming here . so far they seem to be okay, very convenient to travel to being that Im from altamonte springs and I use to travel all the way to Orlando, the only thing that I dont understand, is their pricing which changes has you go, is NEVER a set price on services...this is the only dominican hair salon that seems to want to be up scale.

I walked in today after getting kicked out of another salon just because my son got sick and threw up and got sick. I was only going to cut my 3 girls hair but after Carmen treated us I went ahead and gave my son a trim too. She was super nice, I spent way more than I planned but it was way worth it! I plan to go back in 3 months and I will be a regular!
