Will never go to a Fantastic Sams. I came in for a haircut and was told there would be about a 45 minute wait, so I signed in and ran some errands and returned. I waited for another *hour* after that, and was still not given service, nor an explanation or apology, so I left. This is absolutely unacceptable as a business practice. An apology would have at least been appreciated. Enjoy your lost customer and negative feedback - youve earned it.

I have tried so many fancy salons with no luck! Until Bonnie at Fantastic Sams! Shes wonderful with my color and cuts! I havent had an experience with anyone else but everyone is so professional and friendly and is friendly on your pocket as well! So glad I fiund them!!!
