I cannot believe the rudeness I just encountered when I just tried to make another appointment with these people. They dont seem to be that busy when I was there but I sent an email requesting a follow up visit because Im at my laptop all day since Im a writer and only use the cell phone when I can find which is rarely. I sent the email and a week went by with no response. I found the phone on the floor of the car and texted them. The rude response I got was they were too busy for email ---- even though its available of the cell phone so he told me he didnt have time for me. So hes never heard the adage about the customer is right. Unbelievable.

I was referred to this salon by a friend who has dreads. He knows how picky I am about my hair and said I know just the place for you. I am transitioning from relaxed hair to natural hair. I have been coming here for about 3 months now and it has been a great experience. Its nothing like walking into a salon where you feel you can embrace your "roots"!!!
