I walked in for a haircut today. One of the hairdressers checked me in and just handed me off to one of the older women in the salon she had previously cut my sons hair which she did an ok job but it was nothing like the picture I showed her. She spritzed my hair with water not even soaking it and began to cut it. Before she cut it she brushed it out to get the tangles out Im not tender headed but it felt like she was ripping my hair out with the comb. I told her I wanted the dead ends cut off but wanted to keep the length and lots of layers. She took about 5 minutes cutting and was done I was so annoyed I paid and left. My hair is uneven the left side hangs about 1.5 inches longer the the right side and theres not many layers. Hope fully when I call and talk to a manager tomorrow they can correct this mess. Im not one to leave bad reviews but this hair cut was completely butchered.

Whitney cut my hair this morning,02-23-2017. She did a GREAT job. She listened, and knew exactly what my hair needed. A wonderful cut. Next time I need a cut, I will definitely call to see if she is still there, and when she works . Thank you Whitney

They have an online check in service, would recommend using it. Staff was funny and awesome. The girl who did my cut was ok, she did not get everything I wanted but was super nice. I would say a little more attention to detail when doing hair.

Lytton was fabulous she worked with me, I came in with a picture and she looked at my hair and made the hair cut work for my hair using the picture as a concept. I am hooked and will be back to see her again. Thanks so much.

Lytton was terrific. She listened and understood what I wanted. I subsequently had my husband have his haircut by Lytton and his comments are the same. Great job.

Dont use the check in app because you schedule an appointment and get kicked off if you dont go right away. Dont waste your time. Usually an hour wait.

Staff was great; they did what I needed for my kids haircuts! We just moved to the area and happy to have found a place to continue going to

Lytton is Amazing. She does whatever she can to schedule you. Plus she listens to her customers to give them what they want.
