All around odd experience. Melony and Keith were working, and it was an awkward introduction when I walked in. Melony cut my hair. It didnt seem like she fully knew what she was doing, and I had to step her through it a bit. At the end, she took the cape off without asking and without blowing the loose hair from my head first. I also didnt get the hot towel that they advertise all over the place until I asked for it to wipe the loose hair away.

Terrible customer service. Only one person on duty. Hours are posted as being open till 6. I arrived at 5:35 and the woman wouldnt take me. Said she was waiting on her last client. Why do they say they are open till 6?!?! I needed a quick buzz. Go to a real salon before going to this place!

In my experience not only did they take an hour to do a fade they also cut the heck out of my ear and missed a lot of hairs on my neck and behind the ears. I would not recommend this to anyone that needs a haircut before any important events or job interviews.

Absolute worst haircut I have ever gotten. I do not recommend this place to anyone. My little 5 year old sister can cut better hair. I left the salon and immediately felt embarrassed by what my head looked like.

Haircolor prices not consistent. One time I paid $75. The next time for the same thing $155. Will find a more consistent salon
