A few weeks ago I came into Robert of Philidelphia to get a pretty drastic cut. I used to have long hair that went below my chest, now I have an assymetrical "lob" where the back hairs lay on my shoulders and gradually gets a couple inches longer toward the front... Since I havent let anyone touch my hair for years with fear that I wont be satisfied with their work, it was just unmanageable and dead/dying. The reason I havent let anyone touch my hair for years is because the past times I have let anyone touch my hair I have always left with such regret. With that being said Linda, you did such an amazing job and you were so sweet! As soon as I told her what my idea was she understood immediately and she got that I was nervous and talked with me and gave me a beautiful cut. I have had long hair for years and honestly I dont know if I want to go back. You did such a good job and I still keep getting compliments on my hair! First time in my life that I have walked out of a hair salon so pleased. (Im a pretty picky person) So major kudos to Linda at Bayfront!

Ever since I started going to Roberts of Philadelphia at the Venetian Village location, I have been consistently pleased with all of their services. Tracey is unbelievably talented in creating just the right color for me, and Edgar is a wonderful hair stylist. Hes so good that I was away for 3 months this summer, and didnt even need to have my hair cut while I was away. They are responsive to requests, and when I inquired about the Nano Karetin process, they researched it to make sure it was safe for both customers and employees, and now they offer it. I would never go to another salon as long as I live in Naples.

This is for Linda A. I was in a week ago and you gave me a great cut. I was a little difficult and came across as not liking the cut. I was having a not so great day. I went home and worked with my hair, and wow, I was impressed with your work. The cut is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I have been going to Robert of Philadelphia salons for years and have never had anything close to a bad experience there. They have fantastic customer service and more importantly, do a consistently amazing job on my hair! The salons are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and they truly know good hair. People often ask where I get my hair done and Im happy to recommend Robert of Philadelphia!

Linda @ the Bayfront salon is amazing!!! Ive been going to her for years now & have never had anything less than a wonderful experience. Every single time my hair is styled just right for me & colored to perfection. Love it & cant wait until my next appointment! I would recommend Robert Of Philadelphia to anyone looking for a hair salon where you get consistent high quality services.

I have been coming here since 2004!! I absolutely love that every single time I walk in I know what to expect. The front desk staff is welcoming and always smiling, the space is clean, and Linda is my stylist for life! Even when I couldnt get in to see Linda I found that the entire group is amazing and I trust my hair here!

I was able to get a same day appt. Everyone was so nice. Excellent service an i love my cut. Had very long hair... which is being donated to locks of love. My stylist Lisa was awesome listened and gave me a cut that is very flattering!

Wasnt impressed. Went in for a style, and came out with a boring trim that cost me $70. Wont go back.

Way to overpriced for what you get. Highest priced salon in all of Naples. Ridiculous. And snobby.
