I asked the Barber if he took cards or cash only( on the door it advertises that they take cards) the barber said yes. At the end of the cut he went around asking to the other barbers if he could run my card they told him no. So I was asked to go to the ATM and get cash after being told her could take the card. I was charged $3 to use the ATM . The barber did a great job with my hair. There needs to be a system in place that keeps the customers from being skipped and better team effort for the customer.

This was for their In and out 3 store on goldenrod. Crap haircut for my son. I asked for them to take about half off the top and they cut it down to 1/4 inch ( it was almost 3 inches). Damage was done so I let them finish. They started shaving the edges of his hair and I lost it. Hes 6 years old! I dont think they know how to cut a white persons hair. Stay away!

Sat there for over 40 minutes as there were two older barbers sitting around and pick who they wanted to cut. Other customers would come in after me and got and get sat with no issues. So unless you know the barbers dont expect to get cut anytime soon. I didnt even get looked at or acknowledge the whole time there. Good luck if you go there.

The this place does not recognize the word customer services. Has a big sign saying walk in welcome but if you are a walk in your not getting a cut in this place. People just keep walking in and straight to their barbers. As a walk in your not even acknowledge. Worst expirance ever I was a fly on the wall.

I sat there no one asking me if I need anything. When I found out you need an appointment to be taking care of then they saying we were next. 2 of them were waiting for ppl. Ya should put a sign on that door stating that you need to make an appointment. Soooo rude

Long wait. Caucasian people will feel uncomfortable especially If you dont speak Spanish. They never made me feel like they wanted me to come there. I went three times. It was he same every time. I would imagine if you are Spanish it would be a great place though

I followed my barber to this shop because he is the best. Excellent shop, very clean and professional with friendly and skilled barbers who finish with a straight blade. Ask for Trill. You cant go wrong and you wont go back to your old barber.

This barbershop had a very simple design of a bow and it turned out horribly on my 8 year old little girl. I mean my eight-year-old couldve done a better job!!! Im sure this place is great for just regular haircuts but dont get a design
