Racist - Yo soy nacido y criado en Puerto Rico. Pero de papá americano. Soy bien blanco con facciones americanas. Cuando llegué a este establecimiento un sábado estuve allí por 25 minutos sin que ni tan si quiera me mirarán. Llegó orto y rápido lo atendieron. Después llegó otro y uno que llevaba sentado en su silla, que nunca me ofreció un recorte rápido lo llamó y lo empezó a recortar. Obviamente yo me fui. No sólo es una falta de profesionalismo, pero nos hace ver mal todos los Puertorriqueños. Ni en la misma isla se ve ese racismo. Nunca patrocinaré un establecimiento que hace ver mal a mi raza.

No white people allowed it seems. Went in and stood there waiting for someone to say how long to get a haircut, all I got was Spanish speaking and laughing at freaking picture on some guys phone. Not even eye contact with me. Total DISRESPECT because I was not hispanic. Bullshit No se permitió a los blancos que parece. Entró y se quedó esperando a que alguien diga cuánto tiempo para conseguir un corte de pelo , todo lo que tengo que habla español y riéndose de enloqueciendo imagen en algunos tipos de teléfonos . Ni siquiera contacto visual conmigo . Total falta de respeto porque yo no era hispano . Mierda

I have been going to Knockout for a while, the guy that cuts my hair does a great job, I am older, and dont have a lot to cut. Everyone is very nice. I call ahead and ask if today is a good time to get my hair cut, I get there around 6:15PM right after work, sometimes I get right into the chair and sometimes I have to wait till he is done with his client, which is very normal. However I feel when I get into his chair I am the least important person there I tip between$10.00 and $15.00 every time. Yesterday I cam in at 6:00 got into the chair at 6:15 and left at 8:00PM he went outside to smoke a cig. then he had a phone call, then the barber behind him had a phone problem and they worked on it for 2 or so min I am just sitting there, then he comes back then its story time and laugh time and then a beer, then a phone call. I cant do this I cant sit for over 2 hours getting the little bit of hair I have cut All this and still tipped but I think I am done I think I need to find another barber

I thinks it about time i switch barbershops. Ive been a customer for about a year, the barbers are cool, and i always got a good haircut. BUT, this has to be the most unprofessional unorganized barbershop i have ever been to. It seems as the barbers dont care about their guest. You walk in and you will wait to get cut while the barbers just sit around paying no mind to their guest. They will always talk on the phone, rarely drink, and find something else to do while they cut your hair. It seems like they also pick and choose who they cut. In this barbershop you have to approach them to get a haircut they wont approach you.

Omar sucks!! Worst barber at knockout. Everytime my 2 sons have came home from their father Luis taking them there it Never fails that they come back with a totally different cut then what they went in for! On top of that, the cut isnt even good! Its always cut too short where my sons have to style their hair one way until it grows back out. My youngest is 7 and doesnt move at all but he comes home to uneven hairs its ridiculous.....like I said Omar sucks as a barber for kids and my sons dad Luis sucks also for not speaking the hell up when someone is messing up on his sons hair!

Hard!! Im just arrived from the Island three months ago ye visited 3 barberias in Orlando and no me known please as this, what I was waiting for the barber avian recommended me, I could see the other barbers and I could see that all pared well indeed recommend them 100% and if you Boricua and you like salsa and boxing youll feel right at home, or barber henceforth be Omar incidentally is the very friendly owner and tremendous barber with very good prices thanks for the service !!!

Yo fui con mi chico por primera vez y me encanto el trato, y los muchachos son bien respetuosos! Los precios estan buenos y el lugar es pequeno pero comodo. Gracias a Omar por haber tratado a mi nene tan bien!!!! De seguro volveremos.

Horrible service, waited over an hour and a half and wasnt even acknowledged. So I finally walked out. Barbers were just sitting around and when I asked if they were available, they said they cant right now. Bunch of people came in to sell stuff and the barbers seemed more interested to buy stuff rather than give haircuts. Then another guy came in just to hang out, brought in a liquor bottle and they were starting to drink. First and last time I go back!!

Horrible place, wait forever and dont even get acknowledged, they werent even busy. Sat there for over an hour and I told them Ill take anyone, and still nobody took me so I left. All they were doing was drinking liquor and playing on their phones. Also they did acknowledge the people who were selling them sandwiches. Whoever owns this place, not smart for your employees to drink on the job

It remember me puerto rico , its like coming back to pr . The music the clients and the barbers , they open the 7 days and the got a sense of humor . Is a normal wait time 30 to 45 min and the price is a good 15 to 17 for a adult.

Everybody is very cool yet professional. I personally get my cuts with Omar but everyone else are no different when it comes to qualify, respect and professionalism. Theres about 10 barbers under one roof. Keep it up!

Has no sense of order and a lil worries cuz the would cut hair while on the phone instead of just stop cutting waited over and hour and a half nd still have no idea when I will be serviced snd still didnt
