Okay barbers, tried three different guys. One kid in the back completely messed up my hair, had to get a different guy in the front to fix it. Went back 3 or so times and each time they got something wrong. I wont be back. If you find one that is good and he isnt there, then they put you off on someone who is new. Also, though it is no reflection on their abilities, they cut up and joke around mostly in Spanish. This bothers me only because I like to cut up and have guy talk at the barber shop and if you dont speak Spanish you cant do that here. Most customers just sitting there looking bored because we cant understand their conversations. Also, several barbers stop working to text or check phones. Very unprofessional.

After reading the recent reviews, I was hesitant to get my hair cut here. But, after requesting Tito, I am glad I took a chance. I got exactly what I wanted done and will definitely be going back! The employees are predominately Spanish but that doesnt mean they only speak Spanish. I am a white male and had no problems with my experience there. This is the land of the free, and if they want to converse in Spanish while at work, they have the liberty to do so. And as for the "checking the phone" comment... he did check his phone once or twice but, he also spent about 40 minutes on my hair making sure everything was even. Thank you Tito!

I just moved to FL a year ago. Coming from NY, I have been getting haircuts from the same barber shop for 20 years,l. Took me trying 4 places before I found Platinum. It had the look, feel and culture of an actual barber shop. The haircuts are on point and the prices are as expected. I would recommend this place to anyone who is familiar with a "real" barber shop experience and consistency. Go a few times and find your favorite barber (I use Jairo). Get their phone number and call ahead to avoid waiting.

Never going back. Had an appointment for 11 oclock. Didnt see him there, so when I asked I was told, "hes not in today." Called him and he refused to answer. Another barber offered to call and he picked up right away. Handed me the phone I asked where he was he claimed "Im in the back Ill be about half an hour." Even the other guy admitted he wasnt there. Was there over 40 mins total past appointment and left uncut. Tried someone else, they ignored me and took someone else came in after me. Done.

My advice the fat guy with the glasses inside there dont go to. way overpriced hes fat for a reason hes greedy he just over charges people like me gotta pay for his extra meal. haircuts $12 15 for your beard we got some people nowadays that dont even make $20 an hour he wants to make $20 and a half an hour number one reason why people should open their own shops and take shops like this out of business greedy barber shops

Ive been coming here for a very long time and I can honestly say that this is the best place to get your hair cut. Harold has been my barber from the beginning and he has not messed up once. Paired with the friendly atmosphere and and overall cleanliness, this place is my go to place to get my hair cut.

Ive been coming here for about 6 or 7 years. Ive only had one bad cut and they immediately fixed it, nor did I have to pay. The guys are great, and when I see them outside of the shop, they recognize me. Anueris, Tito, Olee... all great barbers. Im a customer for as long as I live in the area.

Worst experience ever. Im used to a nice clean cut from my barber. These guys gave crooked edge, unclean edge and when asked to do a #2 all the way around, they had freaking a blend of patches, some areas #2 and some #1. Worst place ever. Suprised these people are still in buisness.

If I could give this place negative numbers I would. Came in asking for a hair cut & beard trim. The guy barely spoke English & kept asking if I wanted it shaved. I kept saying no, a cut & trim. My head & face looks like a first cut in boot camp. So angry

Recommended to me by coworkers after moving to the area, Platinum Barbers is now the only place Ill go to get a cut in Orlando. It has a chill, yet professional atmosphere and Jason is great at getting my hair style just right. Highly recommend.

Ive been going to the barbershop for about 8 years and gotten my cut with 6 or 7 different barbers. Theyve all been very professinal and friendly. Great guys! Jairo is the one I normally see. You will not go wrong if you ask for him.

This place is still better than Great Clips, but they sure as hell rush if its near close. If you dont ask for someone they always send you to the back which probably are the worst experienced.
