I am not a fan of long reviews at all but I feel it is well worth my time to write this up. Especially because of the quality end result that I received. First off, if I could give one word it would be: Fantastic! If I could give ten stars I would. Paul is a very polite, honest and sincere local business owner. Got a dent? You better call Paul! Long story short, my little dent maker got out of the back seat of our other vehicle and hit the one parked in the garage. Needless to say, I nearly had heart failure as I began mouth breathing like the local folks at Walmart on a Friday night getting their Marlborough reds. That bad. BAM! Awaahhh lawwwwddddd jeeeezzzuuuzzz you have got to be kidding me. And a few cuss words under my breath. Im screaming in my head as Im mouth breathing...Sweet lamb of God, Holy mother of Jesus, son, you just caved in the side of my vehicle arrhgggghhhhh! Anyways, as the Devils trumpets signaling from the hinges of hell were fading away, I finally pulled myself together enough to begin my mastery Google FU skills (urban dictionary that term). The Angels above must have been watching. As I scrolled through the search results, The light was shining on the Dent Repair USA result. I trolled the website for a bit, did some digging (everything checked out), and I decided to give them a call. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. I decided to take the plunge and I set up an appointment and they actually came to my house! Now that was nice! So, the big day finally came! Ive been waiting on this for over a week; have had trouble sleeping at night and borderline panic attacks. That darn door dent has been staring at me like like The crazy old lady that lives next door to me who sits on her porch all day. Swear, the dent has been watching me laughing at my misfortune. So the guy shows up, and on time I might add, reviews their process; gives me a final price and they begin work. It took him about an hour and a half to take care of business. The end result was quite surprising. There was no evidence whatsoever of any ding/dent; There was also no evidence that they even touched the area. Other words, coming from a guy who is crazy about detailing his vehicles, there were no scratches or micro marring in the clearcoat. Quite impressive! So now, tonight I can finally sleep well knowing the dent that has caused me so much grief has finally been laid to rest. So, if youre looking for a quality local business (that is also owned and operated by a veteran) and not some large chain/franchise -- this is going to be your go to place! You most certainly will not be disappointed. His prices are reasonable, he is straightforward and will get the job done right. You can contact them with confidence! Overall if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Amazing! Paul, is the man. Second time using his service and he made my ride look flawless again. So happy with his service and his skill to make a ugly dent go away like it never happened. I found Paul on the internet because some idiot had jumped on the hood my 2017 Passat over the weekend. I was sure that I would have to have the hood fully redone, painted and fixed but he reassured me that he could work wonders with the dents. He was upfront and honest with me of the cost it would take to return it to its previous state. He was very professional and compassionate about his work. I will recommend him to anyone that I come in contact with that need dent work done. He is a local business man and not a corporate run company, which I found very comforting and encouraging in the trust I had in him and his work. Honestly, I wish I could give him 50 stars instead of just the five but it wont let me. Thank Paul for all your help!!

Paul is AMAZING! I had a dent in my pickup door that bothered me to look at every time I climbed into the truck. I didnt want to use a paint shop because they NEVER match the paint exactly, there is always a texture or shade mismatch, so I emailed photos of the dent to Paul for a paintless dent removal estimate. He called and talked to me about the repair and quoted a very reasonable cost. I am not exaggerating when I say that no one would know there was ever a dent after Paul worked his magic on it, the door literally looks like new. Do not hesitate to call Paul at Dent Repair USA!

It was quick and easy for me to get a estimate by simply texting a photo of the ding I recently got from someone opening there door and was able to setup up a appointment to have it repaired at my home. The technician was very professional and repaired the damage as if it never happened for a reasonable price. If you are as picky as I am with your car I would highly recommend Paul who is the best PDR Technician on the market. I have had dings repaired in the past by others and no one comes close to the work he does when it comes to Paintless dent repair.

Very Glad I called the dents are gone and good auto body advice was given. I just bought a new to me car and watched as some goober slammed his car door into mine in a parking lot, I had not even had the thing for 2 weeks, now I had two aggravating dents in the passenger door. So I wanted them gone and Paul got it done, very fast too. I called in the morning and he was at my location and had it done that same day!
