Mr. Green would like to say this: Hello everyone I dont want just to say good things about this location, because Its is the best location in Clermont, Fl 34711 to repair your vehicle. Those guys is not good they are the best team to work within your vehicle, they never let me change any parts on my car that I dont need to be change, even if I want to. Im is over one year with then by now and the services just get better and better and is all ways over 5 stars. As a wheelchair person they even make the front door 100% wheelchair accessible for people with wheelchair needs like me, very clean bathrooms and also fully accessible to wheelchair people like me. I have a low Accessible minivan and not everyone knows how to deal with those accessible vehicle, but Ronald knows a lot more and he is one of the best auto repair man in town. And I cannot forget to say my special thanks, about the team work at Firestone Clermont Location 34711, such as, Ronald, Chris the manager very nice manager by the way, Sasha, Kevin, Dee and to all the works on this location, those guys cares about your car Its is a team work that they have over there, to better serve you and your needs. I was in town to visit family for the Thanksgiving vacation and my car had ran low on oil. I called Firestone at 9am on Sat. Told them what kind of car I had, they told me it would cost $95. Fine. Earliest appointment they had was for 12 noon. I took the appointment and dropped it off around 11:30am. After about 2.5 hours I got a call from Dee and he told me they didnt know how to change the oil on my car - the same car they said would cost $95 to do at 9am. When I went to get my car it was in the exact same spot as it was when I dropped it off. This was the same day I was scheduled to drive back home and I had to wait until Monday to get another opportunity to have the work done. If they would have told me they didnt know how to do an oil change on my car at 9am it wouldnt have been a problem. But instead they wasted over 5 hours of my time and left me without a chance to get it done elsewhere.

Ive been a returning customer to this Firestone location for four years now, bringing my Mustang, Pontiac Grand Prix, and Toyota Corolla. I would recommend them to everyone. They are fast and the work is always done right. The shop and wait area is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have always been honest with the work that needs to be done to my vehicles. Some people who left comments have stated that they come in for an oil change and the staff tries to up sell other work to be done. WRONG! Its their job to inform you of the issues and concerns with your vehicle(s). Its your choice whether or not you want the service done. If something went wrong with your car and they never informed you about a service that was needed youd be upset. Dont live by a double standard. That being said I want to thank the staff at this Firestone for repeatedly earning my trust and respect.

Dont bring your own tires here to get mounted-- they refuse to service you. I literally brought tires i have purchased online because I wanted a specific style that Firestone does not carry and they now refuse to perform the service. The excuse given was that they guarantee all their work and they cant guarantee the tires because they didnt sell them. Which doesnt make sense, since they are just mounting a tire. Theres a limited amount of issue with mounting. Or could it be that they were losing money by not having competitive pricing and found a way to stop people from saving money elsewhere and Firestone losing money on their tire markup? That seems more likely. Either way, I would avoid this place, as it seems that their customer satisfaction is a lower concern to their profits. Sad!

Left Bjs to find my car on its rim - decided to walk 2 minutes to see if they can help me change my tire . The representative who attended me asked how far i was from the location - even asked me to show him the car in the parking lot - asked what year my car was to overcharge me for being 2015 - a tire patch is a tire patch. All those questions to then tell me he couldnt help me and even pointed out that i shouldnt do it since i was obviously PREGNANT [ 8 months to be exact ] . I dont understand why he seemed so concerned as to where my car was - pointed out i shouldnt do it and then said ok - as in goodbye figure it out by yourself . So i left & called my husband to come out of work about an hour away Worst experience of my life

Called First thing in the morning to have an Interstate battery purchased on a Sat, told them the price Interstate advertises and they were 2 dollars more, asked if they could install it ASAP and they said yes as my wife had to be at work ASAP. My wife calls me after ASAP took about 45 minutes and they charged her $16.00 for installation. I was livid and my wife knew it was bs but had to get to work. Never again as I have never encountered an install charge for a battery, especially all the Interstates I have bought in the past. If they pulled this slick move imagine what they would do with a major repair ect. They have lost a life long Clermont resident and all his friends and family.

Management turns customers a way for oil changes always saying their booked but bays are always empty! How are they booked hours and sometimes a full day in advance? They are only looking for big ticket service but neglecting those needing services like oil changes and battery installs. I put them to the test and after being turned down for an oil change I called back and said I needed my brakes done and sure enough they were able to see me right away. Truly unprofessional staff who care less about customer service! Stay away from this Firestone, they are looking for what unnecessary part they can sell you and labor time. They care less about you or your car!

Stay away!, Beware, bait and switch!, called for a brake pad job, a guy with name kevin told me they have a deal for brake pads installed for $99. When I got there, told me its going to take 30 min to put my car up and an hour and 15 min to get them installed and have the rotors sanded and all that, 2 hours later they hoosted up the car and gave me a bill for $919!!, told me i needed rotors and calibers on top of brake pads!!, wtf, I just took my car to a mechanic a day prior and told me that I did not need a any rotors or calibers, this place is a total rip off, bad customer service stay away!!

Its your typical oil change/lube place. I went in for an oil change, price was pretty good, and of course they try to upsell you on all the recommended maintenance. What I liked about it is that the customer service at the front desk was very good and the store is very clean with a small play area with books and toys for kids. I also appreciated the fact they didnt do try to do the tactic where they show you your dirty filter/oil and attempt to scare you into purchasing an unnecessary service. I will be back again.
