I brought a brand new shirt on a Thursday prior to my Christmas party to be picked up on Saturday. I went to pick up my shirt on the morning of my Christmas party, however, there were SEVERAL black stains on my brand new white shirt. They stated that they tried to get them out, but I would have to return on Monday to pick back up the shirt after they experiment with chemicals. The employees assured me that I would be reimbursed for the shirt and the cleaning charge. On Monday, I was informed that ownership had changed and the new owners were not willing to accept responsibility. They finally called us on the following Thursday to inform us that the shirt was finally clean and ready to be picked up and they would be willing to credit us a cleaning for next time. OBVIOUSLY, I am never going to return to this business and I strongly recommend everybody to go elsewhere to avoid the drama that I experienced!

The owners here are very friendly and the quality of service is great. The prices are reasonable and they always do a good job pressing my clothes because I am a little picky about that. I have no complaints. Would recommend this place to anyone =).

Sign says they open at 8am. Waited till 8:30am and still not open. Leaving for the next closest cleaners. Glad I wasnt depending on them.

The quality of work is excellent. Truly reliable service. Absolutely a gem of a place wouldnt go anywhere else.
