Date 5/25/10 I went to pick up my dress. When I inspected my dress I found that they had messed it up. I asked her what she could do to fix the situation and basically she was very rude to me and told me that if I did not want to pay for my dress that she would keep the dress. This was a $200 dress so of course I was not going to let her keep it over a $17 bill. Needless to say I will never use their services again. Very unprofessional and rude!

Worse place Ive encountered! The only reason I gave them a one star is because there isnt anything lower. Took a white dress and white pants to get spots removed, they came back with worse spots. My pants went in with a light blue stain and came back with yellow smears and brown spots all over the place. I will not take my business and certainly not recommend them to anyone. I would rather throw my clothes in the garbage than use them again.

I paid over 30 dollars to have some jeans hemmed and both pairs were sewn crooked with one hem done completely wrong so that the pants no longer hung right.
