Been taking my clothes to this cleaner for over a year. Problems that I have overlooked for convenience of location: 1. Lost one of my shirts. Did not compensate. 2. Several melted buttons. 3. Shirts not completed on time, sometimes they misplace my clothes and I have to make a second trip because they werent racked properly. 4. Used their hemming service for my pants. Was terrible. Took to another place to get it done right without hem lines showing on my pants. The final problem... 5. I picked up my clothes on Friday. 11 Shirts. There was a black circle on each shirt in the same exact spot. I didnt realize this until I was getting ready for work on Monday morning. I brought back to get this fixed. I sensed an attitude when I brought them back. Later that day, I picked them up and thought I should get a credit for the shirts as they were not done correctly the first time. I was told that they could not do this because they would lose money and that they fixed it, so why was I complaining? English comprehension has not been strong, and its hard to have a conversation without a translator. Customer service is not understood here either, and they are argumentative. There has to be a better cleaner out there. I will pay more somewhere else, as my time is not worth battling for good service at any price. They make mistakes that they consider my fault. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

THIS IS THE WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! EVEN THOUGH IT IS CHEAP YOU WILL NOT NOT NOT GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH!!! I DROPPED MY CLOTHES OFF THERE NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE AND THEY LOST SOME OF MY CLOTHES THE FIRST TIME, THE SECOND TIME THEY LOST IT THE OWNER TOLD MY HUSBAND HE LIED. THEN SHE GAVE HIM SOMEONE ELSES CLOTHES WHEN HE TOLD HER HE WAS GOING TO DISPUTE OUR CREDIT CARD CHARGE WHICH THEN MEANT SOME POOR OTHER PERSON WAS MISSING THEIR CLOTHES!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED WHEN CLOTHING IS THEIR BUSINESS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEN I JUST GOT TO PUTTING MY COMFORTER ON MY BED AND TOOK IT OUT OF THE PLASTIC AND THE MATTING INSIDE OF MY COMFORTER IS RUINED, IT IS ALL BALLED UP IN A BALL AND NOT EVEN CLEANED. IM STILL MISSING A SUIT JACKET AND A BLOUSE. BY THE TIME YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THE CHEAP PRICE, YOU REALLY DONT WHEN YOURE MISSING YOUR CLOTHES!!

I will never take another thing to this dry cleaners! They turned my wedding dress PINK and then tried to blame it on me and say they told me it would bleed! Ummm... never!! I would not have left it had they said that. I did get money back after waiting for over 30 minutes for the owner to get there to solve the problem.. or at least what they could solve because I refuse to let them touch my dress any further! Also found out that even when it says do not dry clean they will dry clean anyway! They had my number and could have called at any time and asked before ruining a dress that was $1500... especially if they even remotely thought it shouldnt be dry cleaned, would bleed, would loose embroidery, might take some of the sequences off, may get shiny odd spots on the satin, lose a button, may get a snag, or anything... Oh yes... all of those are now wrong with my dress! I cant even express how I am feeling right now!

Been using this location for the past 5 years, due to the convenience of the location and price. But now, I regret not looking elsewhere for dry cleaning services. My last, and final visit, resulted in an expensive pair of dress slacks to be ruined by them, via a huge stain on the clothing item. After spending a week giving them an opportunity to remove the stain, which was put there by them, they failed to do so. Upon speaking to the owner about resolving the situation, they tried to say the stain was always there and not their fault. I pressed the owner about their own policy to the point they finally gave me compensation for their mistake, which nowhere covers the cost of the slacks. Lesson learned, spend a little more money for better dry cleaning and service.

BEWARE! This place has been consistently bad for many years now. 3-4 years ago I would take my suits in for cleaning and the suits would come back just as they went in. Seemed like they didnt even try to clean them. They make you pay 1st because they will not refund your money if you are not satisfied with thier service. We recently decided to give them another chance after several years of going elsewhere and when we went back to pick up our item, it had not even been cleaned, looks like they wiped it off with a cloth and put it on a hanger. As usual when it was brought up to them they were confrontational and would not refund money. They should change name from Continental Cleaners to Confrontational Cleaners.

BEWARE*** they will loose your items and claim that since they are a cheap cleaners, it is acceptable for them to do so. they have no sense of customer service and are not only confrontational but completely disrespectful and obnoxious. There is a man there about middle age, and overweight, he is completely inappropriate and has no since of manners or customer service. They expect that since they are an "inexpensive" cleaners they are entitled to loose your items and to treat you like you should be so lucky they took your business. I would never go there again and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone...

Very emotional, I came in with $600 shawl of Louis Vuttion.. they damaged the material badly... Magnerger rude/ mean / slack of experience.. Dont know how to handling & understand of what material that they dealing with..: First, used the the policy to cover for their mistakes, said would only paid me value of $30 / out of $600 origional price. Then, $150... its the highest they can go... we are consumers, if u not wants to be upset, walk out in tear ... please dont come to this place....

Avoid this place at all costs! I tolerated their mediocre dry cleaning jobs because of the low costs there, but when they gave me a damaged and unclean piece of clothing back, they refused to so much as clean it again for free. Would have cost them $1 to retain my business but they instead chose to accuse me of lying, fight with me, tell me I have to pay more to have them clean it again. I told them they will loose my $80 a week in business and they say "oh well". Pathetic.

Been using this cleaner for a long time. Picked up BF suit 12/22/14 but he just put it on for church and the pants were an inch shorter, they washed them when Im very specific to dry clean only. Went in for a resolution, discounted or free alterations, she said over 30 days, they will do nothing. A long time customer lost. Top Quality Cleaners up the street offered to alter his pants at a discount, first time Ive ever been here and theyre providing customer service!!

Poor poor poor... Constant problems (more than 50 in a year) with them melting buttons, I finally had enough. For too long I just picked the closest place but the time it takes me to get them to fix the buttons is not worth it. They also cant get around stapling my shirts, if I wanted holes in my shirts I wouldnt take them to a dry cleaner. Unfortunately I waited longer than I should have to see if they will change and it just increased my dissatisfaction.
