I had a $200 dress that had 2 little stains on it. I took it in, and it came back with a lot more stains. The dress was black and white. The white part looked very dirty. It came back looking ugly and dirty. They ruined it. Though, I had planned to return the dress. They took my tag off and threw it out. Now I cant return it and cant wear it again. Never going back there. They dont know what theyre doing there. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I found this place after one of the other neighborhood cleaners lost my favorite silk blouse. Initially I tried this place just because they do everything on site but Ive since come to also appreciate how friendly and accommodating they are. Anytime I need something quick or done to a certain instructions (pants no pleat) they just do it without any issues. Been bringing my clothes here now for about a year with no problems.

I moved here a month ago. Took three suit shirts to them for dry cleaning. I have the ticket for pick up and they do not have the shirts. Dry cleaners will not take responsibility for loss of items. Owner screamed at me in front of my two children. STAY AWAY
