Ive been using this Dry Cleaners for the past couple of years since I moved to the area and I have no complaints. They are always friendly!!! I love that they have drive-thru service because it comes in handy when youre in a hurry, when its raining, or if you bring your pet along for the ride. A few weeks ago I went through the drive-thru to drop off some clothes with my dog and they gave him a doggie treat! I was surprised to find a dry cleaners that is pet friendly. And then a week later when I went to pick up my clothes without him, they remembered my dog and asked how he was. Not only their customer service is wonderful but the quality of their work is phenomenal and they have a lot of knowledge on fabric care. Highly recommended!!!

Conway Cleaners offer personable and professional service. Specifically speaking, when I go to drop off my clothes, there is always someone there that immediately helps me. Too many other places have workers that will allow you to stand inside waiting to be helped and act as if it isnt their job to assist. Another thing that will lose my business is if I show up to pick up my clothes and the workers are searching to find my stuff! So far, the people at Conway Cleaners have been very organized. My clothes return to me as expected; professional cleaned, in a fast and efficeint manner. I highly recommend!

Conway Cleaners are the best cleaning service that I have ever had. The are there to help serve you with the level of expertise of what it takes to care for you personal garments. I have had horrible experience with local cleaners due to clothes shrinkage and missing items, but by far Conway has restored my ability to leave my garments in capable hands. I just went to drop off my skirt suits & asked the employee for their prices. I was unable to hear her & she hit the table with a TERRIBLE attitude. Im born hearing impaired & there are times people have to repeat things to me. She displayed HORRIBLE customer service & I wont be going there again!!! Even the manager sounded as if he didnt care as he apologized.

I have been going to Conway Cleaners since I moved in the area in 2005. The staff are friendly and greet you by your name. I have tried other Dry Cleaners in the area however my clothes do not return the pristine way that Conway Cleaners does. I have also used their in house alterations. Excellent work! I would highly recommend.

I have used Conway Cleaners for years and have only experienced exceptional service. They know their clients by name and standardize preferences. Offer reduced rates for mid week drop off. Replaced a small plastic clip on a blouse strap and fixed a hole in the sleeve of my shirt for free!

I had an item that no other cleaner in Orlando would touch because the color from one suit bled onto another. Conway Cleaners took care of it and was able to correct the coloring and not damage the material. I moved away from Conway in 2009, but will always stay with Conway Cleaners.

Absolutely best customer service in town!!!!! Even though they were almost closing and I needed it for the next morning they gladly accepted my dress. Bryant and Lya were more than helpful, they were the best!!!! This has been my dry cleaners for yearsssss!

This place is great!! They are very friendly and greet you by your name. Conway Cleaners was the only place that could get a stain out of my jacket. The covered drive-thru is great for when its raining. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

They were able to clean up and deodorize a dance costume that had gotten badly damaged in water, honestly I thought I would be buying a whole new outfit, BUT THEY SAVED IT!!!. I will definitely be sending my business there way in the future.

I used this dry cleaner for the past months but, the service is not has good has I expected my white color long sleeve was not properly cleaned and was with the yellow dust of work disappointed.
