As Jacqueline said, my mother also got a receipt that said $0.00, but thankfully, she saw the review and asked for another receipt with the actual price. When she returned to the cleaners, she was told her blazer was missing and they could not find it. The owner(?), an elderly gentleman, told her hed look for the same blazer and replace it for her. After a week of giving my mother the run around and being told he could not find it, my mother took it upon herself to look for it and was able to find it, order it, and pick it up the next day. When my parents and I returned to the cleaners to ask for a reimbursement, the elderly gentleman had a completely different blazer that he expected my mother to accept. He refused to reimburse my mother for the blazer he lost. It wasnt until the police and civil court was brought up that the owner begrudgingly agreed to reimburse my mother. I would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.

Took my dress to get a rip on the side sewn. The older gentlemen at the front stated it will be around 8 dollars and change for dry clean and repair, I said ok. He gave me an orange receipt but the price showed $0.00. I came back to pick up the dress and he said it is $15.45. I said, "What!?!? You said it was going to be 8 dollars and change???" He stated (and this was his exact words), "need more fix." I was so upset that I took the dress gave him 16 dollars in cash and told him to keep the change. Never going back! Also, he doesnt have a list of his prices. Learning lesson: get documentation or a "receipt" of the price you were quoted. Total rip off.
