What a joke! I took my pants to get hemmed last week. Picked them up 2 days later, put them on and they were still too long. I had them pinned up and ready to go. All they had to do was cut and hemm. Took it back the next day and told the lady (managers wife I am assuming) that we had a problem. She tried to tell me that was where I had them pinned. I explained to her that was not the case because I would have never even bothered to get them hemmed. She took them back for a "redo". 2 days later I go in and pick them up. She wanted to charge me AGAIN for what should have ben done right the first time. She wouldnt let me have my pants until I paid her. She stated the "manager" said I had to pay again. At this point I needed my pants so I gave her my American Express. Got home, opened a dispute for the charges with AMEX. Moral of this story is, go somewhere else. This is Orlando and you have a choice where to take your clothes. Dont waste your time and hard earned money here. Oh and the pants are STLL TOO LONG after the second time. Im going elsewhere

I wish I could give zero star!!! Unprofessional and rude. If you are not satisfied with the service, they dont even try to fix the problem. They just tell you to go somewhere else, and thats probably because they cannot do a better job than the one they already tried to push down on the throat of the client. I took a few jackets there, and I showed them some deodorant stain that needs to be remove. They said ok. When I went to pick up, the stain was still there (in all of the jackets). They said that to remove deodorant marks I would have to pay $9.5 per jacket!!! And they cannot guarantee the service. Really???? I agreed with the price, but I said that I would not pay if they dont clean. Thats when they start screaming at me saying that if I am not satisfied, just go somewhere else. I got mad with the way she was talking to me, and told them that they are very rude. Their answer was: "Dont come back!".

I took a load of clothes to get dry cleaned and laundered. All the laundered shirts werent even washed. They still had deodorant stains on them. Then the guy said it was $100 and that deodorant does not come out of shirts. My old cleaners was 1/2 the price and they could get the deodorant out! haha! The guy did redo the shirts for us. I like to give people second chances so I took a skirt to get the zipper fixed and the skirt cleaned and pressed. When i got it home it had shrunk! The lining was 1/2 inch longer than the skirt. My husband went back and asked that they shorten the lining because they shrunk the skirt. The man said it would be $5! R u kidding? He told my husband that if he did not like the service to go somewhere else. OMG! Ha, Ha! LOL! What i have learned: Always check your clothes before paying for them.

I have used them for years when I lived in the Chickasaw area. The owner is great! Then moved to Lake Nona and tried using two cleaners in the Nona area and didnt like either of them. They were too expensive and no customer service. With that said, Ive been back even though I have to drive a little longer. Thank you Vista Cleaners! Keep up the good work, with great customer service which is what people look for. To be personable and amigable!

Horrible experience. Poorly operated business. Poor customer service. Unreasonable, unprofessional people operating this place. I wish I had never encountered this establishment. Read the other reviews and magnify them by 10 or even 100 to determine the type of experience you can expect if you patronize this business.

Ive been bringing my dry cleaning here for several years, with no problems. But, check your bill and make sure you are being correctly charged. Today for the first time they tried to charge me for "extra" large shirts even though all the shirts I brought in were only large.

I brought my friends wedding dress it was dirty and when I say dirty mean dirty. It was out door wedding. And today we got it back and it as good as new just magic. For wedding dress I will give 5 stars. Super nice work.

Ridiculously expensive! I took a womans winter coat and our King size comforter and it cost over $65! Plus, it took too long, 2-3 days. I will drive an extra 5 minutes to get to another reasonable cleaners.

I go down to First Coast Cleaners in Lake Nona instead. I did business with them when they first opened over six years ago and it was a total rip off!

Manager was very attentive, got pants hemmed and it was perfecrly done and a couple of suits dry cleaned and they came out great!
