LOST MY ITEMS! Expensive Calvin Klein 2-pc womens suit and Ralph Lauren Mens suit jacket. Employee stated items may have been lost at distribution center or given to another customer! What?! How are they given to another customer? Would give no stars if I could. Bring your items to people who do in-house services and do not clean your items here unless you want to COMPROMISE YOUR PEACE OF MIND!

Employee told me never to come back "because we dont need the headache." However there would be no headache if they practiced better operations and customer service. Dont cause a storm and then get mad when it rains. This business needs a class on providing and delivering quality service and assistance to people who buy and use their services.
