Excellent job! I have been their customer since Jan 2013. Once they know your preference of services (starch and crests) you wont be disappointed with them. I recently moved out of the Lake Nona area and after 9 months dealing with Green Dry Cleaning (GDC) management rudenest and their poorest Service, I have decided to go back the Kleansmart Corp. While at GDC, there was not a single order correct. Every time I asked for crest on my sleeves, I never received that service. I decided to ignore the first incident, press the sleeves the 2nd & 3rd time, mentioned the 4th time to renter my preferences in their system for the 2nd time) I took the 5th service back and their manager rudely told me that I already paid for the service and walked out of the place (really?, where are your customer service woman)...These are the reasons Why I decided to leave their place which location was conveniest for me but their service and customer service not...Bye bye a GDC. WELCOME Smartklean Corporation!!!

Very disappointed in thin customer service I received here. I called on Saturday about hours for alterations and was told to come in AFTER 4 the following day. So I get there after 4, and was told that the tailor and owner had both left for the day and that there was a miscommunication. I was then told I could come in on Tuesday at 6 or before so that the owner can take my measurements because the tailor leaves earlier. I get there at 5:30 and was told that the owner was out running deliveries and that I could wait for him to come back. I took my business elsewhere. No excuse for giving wrong information twice.

Good staff - horrible service. They lost one shirt then the next week gave me someone elses shirt. A few weeks later shorted me a shirt, I went back immediately and they found it. Lastly, there were burns either from the heat or chemicals that stained another shirt. After 4 incidents its time to find a new dry cleaners.

Terrible! Shame on ME for going to them 3 times and being let down all 3 times. I still have to iron my clothes because they press/steam wrinkles into the clothes.. They also mixed my same day service Travel clothes with clothes that I did not need and I practically had to wait for them to correct the mistake.

Great Service! Staff is super polite and nice and are always willing to accommodate you. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is top notch! Bilingual staff is a plus. I recommend them to anybody in the area!
