While this place is good with posting deals and using social media to promote them they are very tricky with how they qualify you for the deal. Specifically for me (and they did this all in 1 visit): Not liking the facebook post which I had never done but they informed me "sometimes you need to, so we can make sure you saw it" (I dont think I would be calling to say I didnt get the deal if I didnt see it) What is a mens shirt vs a mens blouse/shirt (who knew I had lots of blouses which cost a lot more) Not keeping track of coupons that should be applied to your account Once you pick up your cleaning and see the receipt the managers are unwilling to work with the customers (basically it was all my fault). I could only imagine how the conversation would go if they had damaged or lost something I had brought to them for cleaning (basically all my fault).

Very pricey. Dry clean is very fast. HOWEVER, on multiple occasions Ive received shirts and suits with damaged buttons (they werent damaged before either). On one particular suit, I asked on two different occasions to have a button fixed that this company damaged, and they did not fix the button. How can I wear a nice suit without the button! I had to drive back and ask again. No problem. They "fix" the button, but did a half-ass job (the crudely sown on button popped off w/in 30 minutes). Bottom line, dont offer the service if you cant perform the job. Exercise more caution with suits (speed is the only positive of this place). I rather pay a dollar less on my 20+ dollar dry cleaning bill for ONE suit then get charged (hidden fee) for the alteration service that is less than adequate.

Way Over Priced! - I took four XS cotton tops and two pairs of size zero pants to be dry cleaned. They charged me $63! I have never in my 28 years paid this much for dry cleaning. When I checked my receipt, without asking me they moved a button that was missing a rhinestone further down the shirt so it would not be seen and they charged me an additional $4! I tried Acme because I was new to the area and needed a neighborhood cleaners, however, I will never do business with them again. I do not know how they stay in business charging this much.

Terrible cleaner! They ruined my wifes $1000 St John knit dress. Brought it in with one food stain & it came back with spots that looked like oil splatter on the front & back of the dress. They sent it off to a fabric "ïnsitute" for analysis and blamed it on defective fabric. We contacted the local Nieman Marcus who said this was their standard line of baloney, but that they essentially ruined it. Acme cleaners only offered a 25% in store credit of the dress value as a remedy. STAY AWAY!

I work downtown & Im sold on the quality of the service and the exceptional customer service. They offer friendly curbside service from their covered drive through and always offer a bottled water. Im not sure about the other comments regarding cost, but I will say that you get what you pay for and sometimes, great service is worth a little extra. As long as Im in Orlando, Ill be dropping off my dry cleaning here.

The staff is extremely nice! Great customer service. I took my wedding dress to Acme cleaners to be dry cleaned and preserved. They did an absolutely wonderful job! My dress was extremely dirty. Wish I had a before and after photo! They called me when it was ready to be picked up. It was very affordable. I will definitely be back for all my dry cleaning! No more trying to dry clean at home for me!

Best dry cleaner in town! Very quick turnaround and fantastic service. I accidentally left $65 in the breast pockets of one of my dress shirts and forgot about it. Today when I picked up my laundry it was in a small envelope with my clothes. How many other cleaners would do that? Absolutely first rate!
