The first time I took my shirt there it came back with 2 broken buttons, which they said was "because I had it starched." Apparently the "door slams against the shirt" resulting in broken buttons. So by that logic, everyone who has their shirts starched is walking around with broken buttons? I took the damaged shirt back (along with one other) and asked them to fix the broken buttons, and opted out of starch. When I picked them up, my new shirt had a white crusty spot on the front of it (yeah..) and the damaged shirt was exactly the same without the buttons repaired or replaced. On top of that, they had stapled the dry cleaning number directly to the tag on the shirt 3 times so that I had to carefully bend back each staple prong to remove the dry cleaning number without ripping the tag off the shirt. Spend a little more somewhere else. Its not worth it here.

Just moved to the area and this business was just up the road and posted a great price. Well, I gave them 3 tries and they did terrible each time. On top of that, my uniforms look very worn and dingy and thats after 3 visits. My uniforms were still wrinkled, pressed terribly and whatever their process, made the color fade fast. I hope my new dry cleaner can help. If not, they ruined several of my uniforms. Leos be warned, do NOT bring your uniforms here, they will be ruined. Also, there is a W/F who was very disrespectful and rude because I forgot my slip. My wife dropped them off for me and I forgot to get the slip. Simple mistake right? Wrong. Terrible drycleaner all around from customer service to services completed. Just wish I would have seen the reviews on here first.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I HAVE JUST HAD TO RE-IRON EVERY SINGLE ARTICLE OF CLOTHING THAT I JUST PICKED UP!!! I ALSO SENT MY HUSBANDS SPORTS JACKET TO GET LAUNDERED. THEY SENT IT BACK ON A CHILDS SIZE WIRE HANGER. IT WAS ALL WRINKLED AND STILL HAD FOOD STAINS ON THE SLEEVES!!!! AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY LOST ONE OF THE BUTTONS!!!! I AM NOT A COMPLAINER. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT A BUSINESS (I AM A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER AS WELL), BUT THIS PLACE HAS ROBBED MY MONEY!!! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DRY CLEANERS. I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! I WISH I HAD AND I WISH THAT I WOULD HAVE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS FIRST!

Not Terrible: as it is close to my home and the grocery store I shop at. $1.95 for any garment is very reasonable. The staff is realtively pleasant considering the hot and sweaty nature of their work Not Great: I have had 1 garment returned with missing sequins (but I know that some of those sequins were loose when I asked for it to be cleaned). There is no a warm/outgoing/super freindly enviorment. I would say if you have garments that are in good shape, you are nearby, and are looking to cut costs, this cleaner is just fine.

The owners daughter berated me for not bringing my slip to claim laundry. I confess that I should not have misplaced my claim slip, but she criticized as though I was a 3-year-old and she did it in front of other customers. They act as though they are the only cleaners in Orlando. They arent. Good luck to anyone else that puts up with her bad attitude.

This business has a great opportunity by being in an excellent location. It is convenient to have this type of service around. Their prices are interesting. The customer service staff needs training on people service skills like: Courteous, Kindness, friendliness and respectful to all. My experience was odd and I believe it can be better.

Do not use this dry cleaner. 1) They require you to prepay...check or cash only. 2) They managed to break over 20 buttons on my shirts over only two visits. I asked them to check the buttons and replace the ones the broke and they did not. Since you prepay, you have no recourse. They suck. Go elsewhere.

These people hope that their low prices keep you coming back. After they ruin clothes, break your buttons & scowl at you enough, it is time to realize the bargain is too expensive. Take my advice: drive further, pay more, go elsewhere.

I found they had good prices for dry cleaning and did a good job. I had several pieces of suits and dresses dry cleaned and found them to be cleaned well.
