Will NOT utilize their services again.. While the quality of their service is excellent, Dry Clean America on Conway/Hoffner fail to inform me or its customers of a newly adopted "storage fee"; a fee lee than $2.00 for any item housed over 30 days. When questions was this "new" policy posted on the printed receipt, owner said no but it is posted on service desk back wall. In midst of a barrage of info and with the help of owner, I did see storage policy posting. Have no issue with the cleaners new policy of charge, only that I should have been informed of the change.. Unwilling in good faith to refund said minimal storage charge and with no sincere apology, I ask for my dirty clothing back, Ill find a new dry cleaning company.. For me its all about customer service and and upfront pricing, as consumers we should demand it.. Mr. Strick

I went a couple weeks back to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and taken in. When I got the dress back, the top layer was still about an inch and a half too long. I explained to the "owner" the situation and if they could fix the problem. He argued with me for 30 minutes stating it was not their fault but they would re hem it at my expense. We went back and forth for quite some time where he just kept yelling at me stating it was not a mistake that it was the right length and he would do nothing to fix the problem. Needless to say I walked out and will NEVER return. You dont yell at a customer for YOUR mistake.

This drycleaner is very unethical! Do not use him! He got drycleaner fluid on my pants and refused to reclean the pants unless I paid him AGAIN! He was beligerant, rude, yelled at me, said there were "over 50 spots" on my white pants....which is impossible!!! All this over a $4 cleaning bill that HE caused, he refused to clean them again. Avoid using him - he is not a reputable businessman!!!

I went to this cleaners for the first time in brought a jacket 2 piece suit a button down and a pair of jeans it was ready in about 2 days which is great but when I get there they tell me a different price than the first time they charge me extra for nothing would not recommend going again dont like when people tell me a price and its different when you pick up because their pricing went up
