I wish there was a negative sign here. So I recently went on Saturday to give my laundry around 12 30 1 in the afternoon and this lady over there I dont if she the owner or a care taker. She was indian looking woman and was so rude,had no manners to talk. She was harsh and when I asked her is there any way I can have it rushed on monday. She told me that it will take time and if you wanted you can go some other place. She saw my cloths and said this are really dirty and this will cost extra money. I was shocked to hear that. The price list was right there. She started counting the cloths and counted more cloths than I had got. I just took away my cloths and left. I couldnt wait to write this review. I hope who ever is the owner reads this replies. And.also the customers understand that this is a run down place with no manner people handling it.

I have been with ambassador dry-cleaner since 2007 and they always provide me with great service. The owner and his wife are great people, they will even accommodate you by staying open and little later than the normal hours of operation to help you get your clothes taking care. I strongly recommend it.
