My mother brought a top for dry cleaning to executive cleaners, that had buttons with decorative crystals. She specifically asked if the buttons would be a problem, and they assured her it would be fine. When it was cleaned, she took it home and removed the plastic covering. She saw most of the crystals in the buttons were missing. She was very upset and disappointed. She contacted then and they told her to bring it back. it was to late, she lost all trust in them. Especially because she specifically asked about the buttons, prior to the cleaning. She says she will never go back.
