I dropped off a brand new suit earlier this week to be cleaned and pressed for an interview. I picked it up and drove to my out of state interview, and I noticed a strange smell emanating from the bag. I pulled it out when I arrived, and it smelled so horribly sour I couldnt wear it. No amount of febreeze or driving around with the windows down helped, and since the stores and cleaners were already closed and my interview was first thing In the morning, I had to wear it. The smell was so overwhelming it gave me a migraine, and even 24 hours later no one can stand to be in a room with the suit, and my car reeks. Thank you for ruining the most important day of my life, and I will be sure to not allow friends and family to patronize your business.

Had the same experience. My PeaCoat was imported from South Africa.. and in with it explaining I just wanted the hair removed. Just picked it up 5 days after I dropped it off (a bit long but they said it would be that long) and it reeks of vomit. Must be that they use vomit vacuums and dont clean their tools. Also, still dog hair on the inside of the coat. Never coming here again.

Brought in several suits and not even sure they were cleaned but they were definitely covered in perfume. So overwhelming that I brought them back. After "cleaning" a second time my suits still smell like cheap perfume. Nothing is more unsettling than walking into a meeting smelling like bad perfume -Extremely frustrating!
