You get what you pay for. Brand new pair of suit pants and brand new dress shirt ruined. Burn marks all over my white shirt and a poor attempt at an ironing job. Suit pants look as though they were WASHED! Not only did they shrink but also discolored and wrinkled. Several attempts at contacting the owner. Every time he is either not there or doesnt return your calls when you leave a message. Its apparent hes never there because no one is watching the staff. Dont waste your money. Go to Giant Eagle or Blairs Cleaners. You pay a little more but at least your clothes are cleaned professionally. Both the pants and shirt were $140 now ruined. I have pictures of what this dry cleaner did to my clothes if you question my review, Ill be more than happy to send them to you.

DO NOT BRING ANYTHING EXPENSIVE HERE. I had been going to Picasso for quite some time. I recently had two brand new expensive dress shirts cleaned (wore once), and one was damaged and not cleaned properly. I brought it back and the manager treated me like absolute garbage. I understand accidents happen, but I was treated like a con-artist for expecting them to do the right thing and re-clean the shirt. It was the first time I had ever experienced a problem here. He first offered to re-clean it, then changed his mind and refused. I will never return and it is my personal responsibility to warn others of this place.

Best cleaner in town! Ive been using them for years and never had anything but A+ quality service provided with a complimentary smile. Im looking at some of these other reviews and Im not sure how anyone could leave a negative comment. My guess is they have some kind of association with a competitor.
