Ive been going to this dry cleaner for a very long time. They were good at one point but now I will never be going back. If I could give them negative stars I would. Recently I went the pick up my cleaning and I pointed out an issue with one of my shirts. It had a wrinkle at every button hole in the front. I noticed the last time and pointed it out to the guy behind the counter (later I learned this was the owner because he pointed it out to make stand on his case). He proceed to tell me this is the fault of express and the material they use. I let him know Ive owned this shirt for 4 plus years, its been to several different cleaners in multiple states and I never had a problem. Now its a problem. He then proceeds to tell me it happens during the laundry process. Another red flag for me. I have everything dry cleaned and request that everything be dry cleaned. He now proceeds to argue with me what the instructions say on the shirt. I dont care if it says launder I requested dry cleaning for a reason. The shirts last longer and dont get beat up. 15 years of getting my clothes dry cleaned I know what I want and what I request. Now you have ruined a 50 dollar shirt. He proceeds to tell me its not 50 that and express shirt is 20 dollars. Apparently this guy has never shopped there a day in his life. He continued and continued to argue with me. His business did not do what I requested. They ruined a shirt and he proceed to insult my intelligence. Me and my family will not be returning here or any of his other locations. $1500 a month in cleaning out the door. Customer service here is absolutely disgusting.

The actual Lake Mary branch is very good. However when we moved to East Orlando we tried the companies Delivery service which is horrible. I set up the service and they told me pick up days are Monday/Thursday. After spelling my name four times they came to the house with the wrong name. They said all transactions are sent via email..to date I have received no email (yes I checked Spam) On Thursday night I returned home and the bag was still at the door..I called and they said the delivery guy forgot but would pick it up Friday for sure..Friday night..no pick up..call again..Monday will be there..Monday comes..no pick up..when they did come a few WEEKS ago..They mademe pay cash..delivery girl had no change? Told me it would reflect on email that never came..and she had no receipt book either???Fishy..Each time i called I spoke to a different person..each time the person boldly lied to me. They also do not speak english very well..okay yell racist but I dont speak russian or whatever and when I do business I expect the person who is providing my service to speak English..now trying to get my money back but am getting the run around..horrible customer service..hate to call BBB but have to. Do not honor this business with your hard earned dollars.Customer Service is not Dead it just does not exsist at American Cleaners!!!

I dont usually like leaving bad reviews, but this place has consistently had the worst attitude and service Ive ever experienced. I almost feel bad for dropping off my clothes. If something gets damaged, which I understand happens sometimes, they act like Im just lucky they hadnt taken them out behind the woodshed and burned them. Then they looked up a sale at a mall 45 minutes from Lake Mary and only offered to reimburse me for the damaged item at the sale price. Im convinced that the ONLY reason they are still in business is because of their location by the supermarket. I hate to have to drive one more place, but Ive finally decided that Im taking my business elsewhere.

Sent a uniform here that had a name tag on it. I never received it back with the uniform at all. I called and asked they said they save the name tags and give them back. I drove up to the store and the African American women there said she would look again all she did was look through 2 items and told me she did not have it. I asked her if she could check other items and she told me I dont do that there is to many. There was no effort made to find me belongings at all. I have never had this bad of service from any cleaners before. I will never use this place again. I recommend to anyone in lake Mary switch to a different cleaners. Or you will lose a piece of clothing.

Absolutely disgusting and rude customer service. Asking questions about the machines they have, what fabrics and quantities they can handle, and they decided to ask "are you retarded?" instead. I couldnt believe it. Just abhorrent service. Will never use, now. Will never recommend, now. Stay Away. Go to Seminole Centre Laundramat, instead. Absolutely wonderful people, and a joy to work with.

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY from American Cleaners of Lake Mary. I was dealt with RUDE employees right from the get go. They ruined my shirt and made no attempts of compensation or even an apology. These people are crooks, and their "owner" Lucy is a blatant liar and gave me a fake name and phone number when I asked to speak with the person in charge.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They ruined my new bedding and refused to reimburse me for it. Picked item up and was not told that all seams were ripped. Brought it back and was told it was "cheap" quality, probably kids used it a lot... I do not have kids.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. WILL REPORT TO BBB

i was in the area so i thought i would try this place out. As I walked in the cashier was very pleasant and welcoming. I loved that she was so attentive and friendly. Customer service is a sold for me. The best part is I got my suit cleaned and they were able to get the stain out! Thank you so for the wonderful customer service.

Spoke to someone over the phone to ask questions about the type of machines they use and if they can handle certain fabrics and such. Apparently they did not understand my question, no matter how I worded it; and opted to ask if I was retarded. Rude Service. Will never use. Will never recommend.

I normally come in the afternoons and always receive excellent service. The attendants, Iris and Angela, already know me by name. Ive even had alterations and that service was also satisfactory. Quick turnaround with my items. Will continue my business with American Cleaners.

The old fat spanish lady with the deep voice is rude af, every reaponse has an atittude!!!. I know i was being nice as hell. This is my first time coming here, and shes treating me as if i know how the ruitine, she is mean as hell and doesnt give af for some reason
