Went in on a Thursday, saying that I needed pants fixed for a Wednesday interview. They said the pants would be available by Tuesday and I left them with them. Come Tuesday, I find out that they sent them to be dry cleaned first, a service that I did NOT ask for and that they would not be ready in time. When I explained this to the owner and an employee, they were too busy blaming each other to even apologize to me, the customer affected by their mistake.

I have taken my husbands suits there to be dry cleaned twice and so far they have done a good job. I have no complaints and the price is good. $6.75 per 2 pc suit. They say 2.99 per piece but they charge 75 cents extra if the suit jacket is lined. I will continue to go to them.
