Horrible!!! You have been warned... My sister and husband came from overseas to attend my wedding. She asked for his brand new suit to be ironed. They washed it instead. Now it has black stains all over the linen inside detached and the pants alterations no longer exist. They did not even tell my sister what happened she had to discover the horrific sight after pickup. ¡¡¡Horrible!!! Usted ha sido advertido... Mi hermana y mi marido vinieron de ultramar para asistir a mi boda. Ella pidió que su nuevo traje para planchar. Lo lavaron en su lugar. Ahora tiene manchas negras en todo el interior de lino desprendido y los cambios de los pantalones ya no existen. Ni siquiera le dijeron a mi hermana lo que pasó que tenía que descubrir la horrible vista después de la recolección.

They said I could pick up my one and only shirt the next day in the morning. Went to pick it up and it wasnt ready. Not that big of a deal. Was informed I could try around lunch time. Went back in around lunch time and was told it was scheduled for pick up tomorrow (two days after drop off) which is not what I requested. They rushed cleaned it which I believe all that was done was it was sprayed with febreze then pressed because it now smells as if it was drenched in it. The customer services is also very terrible. Of the three people I spoke to they were all rude but one of them was rather kind. Spend your money someplace else. Its not worth the headache.

They lost one of my articles and then disappeared from their Hoffner location. Poor business practice and they dont speak any English so when I tried to communicate my problem they just kept saying "what."
