Priceless Dry Cleaners Ruined My Leather Bag - AVOID. I went to Priceless Dry Cleaners in June to have my leather bag cleaned. They willingly accepted it, and had me sign a waiver to protect against discoloration. When I got home with my bag, I saw that it was significantly damaged. The leather key-chain denoting the bag’s name brand, Fossil, was no longer attached; it had been haphazardly safety pinned to the bag. Furthermore, the shoulder strap attached to the bag was frayed and falling apart, to the point where the bag cannot be used because it is likely to break at any moment. When I picked up the bag, I was not informed of either issued and thus paid the entire $40 cleaning fee. I took the bag back to the cleaners, where an employee told me she would speak with the owner/operator Dennis Rodriguez and call me back. She never did. A week later, I stopped by the store again. There, I was told that the manager wanted to send it back to the leather cleaner for repair, which I agreed to. I got a phone call the next week from an employee saying that the bag is unable to be repaired, and that Mr. Rodriguez would like to offer me a $15 credit. They refused to refund my $40. I then went into the shop to speak with Mr. Rodriguez myself. Thankfully, he agreed to refund the $40 cleaning charge, which I appreciate. However, he did not compensate me for the bag. I am now filing a complaint with the BBB seeking a $130 compensation to cover the expense of the bag. Mr. Rodriguez claimed that the release I signed excuses him for the damaged bag. However, this is not stated in the release, which only mentions color loss, material defects, and trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins. My primary concern involves the leather strap, which is not classified as one of the above categories. This company did not exhibit satisfactory customer service nor professionalism—I am still appalled that I was not told of the damage, that I was not offered a full refund upon bringing the damaged bag back, and that half of the time I had go to go to the store in person in order to get information regarding the status of my bag.

Horrible! Liars and thiefs! They ruined my jacket that was part leather and tried to hide it when returning the jacket. I caught it before leaving the store The owner mentioned the jacket was mislabeled and they returning it to me without letting me know it was damaged by mistake. Sure! I took it to another cleaner afterwards and seamstress who both informed me the jacket was labeled correctly and that they used the wrong chemical when cleaning the leather. Priceless didnt offer anything to correct the mistake. What a bunch of liars and thiefs. Stay away if you have nice expensive items.

PLEASE dont waste your time. I drove a long way to this cleaners. I am new in town. They told me they had a coupon online. I informed them of all the dry cleaning I needed to do. I called first to confirm. After arriving they informed me the coupon online was not good for silk or linen only cotton. After reviewing the coupons and showing the girl it does not say anything about that and also informing her that I called to verify this first she told me no, they would not honor this. What poor service and bad attitudes. No one cares what so ever. Dont waste your time.

They will fade your clothing and will not clean your leathers after you pay $45.00. I am now having to use the BBB to get my money back from the shirt they ruin and the leather jacket they said they had to send out to get clean but still has red marks on it today and refused to pay me back. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR SERVICE

By far the best dry cleaners in town. Their attention to detail is top notch and you actually feel like your clothes are clean when you get them back. They recently cleaned and pressed my wifes wedding dress since it was a floor model and made it look brand new. If youre looking for quality these are your guys!!
