I only enjoyed service with two of their employees that no longer work here , other than that service is terrible I mean i would pay up to 120 even tips 10 or 20 and I had nails lift , nail fungus that I never had in my life even when I did my nails with Chinese. This is a horrible Business full of stuck up terrible customer service only two of their workers were pleasant .if you arent their type of gossiper and fake niceness they treat you like nothing . They are all rude especially the owners both of the women have attitudes . They arent worth the money . If you cant give good customer service your nail talent is worthless . They do a poor job on feet I even had to tell them how to dehydrate my toes because if not nail polish falls off in literally 4 days. Now that the only two great workers that never gave me attitude or ever been rude or stuck to me have gone i will not be returning . Ive visted casselberry and winter garden. Jenny gave me fungus and had my nails always lift with such good products ? Dont go to her if you want your nails done right. So glad I was able to find my old nail lady that my nails actually last a month no lifting and no attitude while doing my nails. They need to learn politeness and respect to their clients . They favor who they please.

This was my first time going but Pedicures here are a NO go. The chairs are uncomfortable NO RELAXATION at all and the person who gave me the pedicure had 0 experience. While I was there all the nails techs were having a chat about a lady who went to the kissimmee location and how they wanted to ban her fromthe store smh...so the lady that was doing MY pedicure decided she wanted to turn around and hear the conversation herself like if she was included she was so unfocused that she scraped me really bad on my foot with the sponge that has left a mark and an uncomfortable stinginess for more than a week. As soon as her nexr appt arrived she sped up the nail painting on my toes not taking her time to do a better job since she knew she scraped my foot... All I have to say is that Mindy should hire more professional techs in her store like the "great nail artist she is" to represent her hard work, not people who just need a job. Oh and lastly You have no idea how many F bombs i heard while being there for an hour! I had so much high hopes for this place because i have been folowing mindy for years but this place does not stand out in a good way.

I hate to write a bad review BUT when I had nail fungus that a nail tech said was mold and continued to do my nails..thats awful! Ive been going to Meraki since they opened..been thru 3 nail techs and Ive never had Fungus EVER until the last tech touched them. I happened to go to another salon to fix my acrylic and as she tried to repair there was more Fungus on my nails so we removed all the nails. Very disappointed because I asked the nail tech if we should remove that nail several times and she said no..it was mold because the nail was lifting. That was a deal breaker with me and this salon. It couldve been worse had I went back and the tech did another fill instead of removing.

I had my nails done here for the first time by savanna and they were gorgeous! I loved that she took her time and listened to what I wanted. I normally do not get my nails done but I figured my nails should look nice for my wedding day. Two weeks later and the bling she put on my nails are still there. Love, love, LOVE!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpfuluq. Customer service is excellent! Karina has been doing my nails for about 3 years now and always exceeds my expectations but Alex and the rest of the girls are all very talented as well plus the place is so chic! You cant ask for a better atmosphere for getting pampered!!

While Im sure the ladies here do great work, it is quite dissapointing that i was not able to get serviced here. I know they work by appointment but they stated walk ins are also welcome and on 2 different occasions i have tried to walk in to be serviced and have been turned away. This is really bad business.

This is the best nail salon ever!!! I personally see Karina and shes amazing, my nails are very important and she slays every time, i can go a month without a fill, top quality. All the girls are super friendly and do a great job. The salon is always super clean also!!! Great place !!!!!

The designs are perfect they do all the trendy nails , but it didnt last and will break within a week and will tell you its extra to get it fixed , a full set here is close to $65 with designs . I wouldnt be back until I see my nails will not break off by the end of the evening .

Very disappointed! They do not except walk ins. I have never seen that before EVER and also said theres a NO CHILD policy because I had my son with me who was sleep??? I will make sure to let as many people know that the service is a joke

When you walk in youre greeted by a receptionist and then seated. I just got my nails done by anoush and I am very pleased I will be back. The salon is very decked out and they are professional
