Hey I find it funny that a person can sit in a place that they describe as so awful. Hmmmm let me think with my Infinite intelligence on this one. Would I sit and wait for my hair to be done in a place where Im not treated in a way i feel fair, then turn around and let this person touch the most noticeable part of my head. My precious hair. Then on top of that pay you. Lol. Hmmmmmm I think not. So clearly this was over $10 dollars. Girl i Usually tip you $10. Shes one of those people that shop at Ross, then when they get to the counter they hold up the entire line, just so they can call the manager to the front to get an extra discount on a shirt thats missing a button. Lol you shopping at a clothing store that sells irregular items. duh. some people. Bottom Line. Your the best stylist in orlando. Ive been in orlando for over 30 yrs. I been to salons on the east west north and south. Hands down you take care of Hair and not just do hair like some stylist. Ive gone from cant grow hair to long hair every since Ive put my hair in your care. Not just me, My family and friends. and some of the clients that ive seen come in there looking like Step the F back. When you done with them they look like who the F is that. Holla. Girl keep doing your thang. Remember haters make the world go around. NOT. one last thing and i quote this from the world famous music group Earth Wind and Fire! They will smile in your face, but talk behind your back. Back Stabbers! Lol. I can tell you this no one else is gettng my money when it comes to doing hair. You have the best prices and on top of that you take care of hair not just do it. That is priceless.

El mejor beauty de Orlando , y precios muy bueno,eso es MENTIRA nunca cobran de más , pero si vas a quitarte extensiones , tinte , desrizado ,corte de punta , proteína OBVIO que no van a cobrar como un lavado normal .OJO soy una simple clienta y no me gusta ver gente queriendo dañar el trabajo del otro .Great place....been a client for 5 years and my hair never been so healthy.thank you Arelis

This place is a rip off, they are very unprofessional and it is hot as hell in there. They have no AC, last time I went there someone passed out and they have to call the ambulance. They are stealing peoples money, they give you no receipt when you pay cash and overcharged your card and made you believe the transaction on your card was cancelled. They end up charging your card, plus the money you gave cash. This place should definitely closed, its a total scam. I will not recommend this place to anyone else living in the area. They keep overcharged your card and give you n receipt. The place is not representable at all, and it is very hot in there as hell. I will not go back to this place never ever, not in my worst nightmare.

I have to give it to them they do great blow out!!! But the customer service is crappy!!! They run the place like a assembly line. When you get your hair washed you get soaked. They have roaches crawling around shop, and I dont like on Mon-Thur the blow out are $25 but on fri &Sat its $35. They are always late, they keep changing time on door. Clearly ppl who have given reviews are friends. The purpose of review is to give ppl out look on place before they go, thats why I tried the place after reading reviews. I just like to know what Im dealing with before I waste my time.. If you dont care about customer service, and it doesnt bother you that they are always late go ahead. Your hair will look great when you leave

I dont agree with you mrs.fierce at all Ive been going to this hair salon for more than 10 years they are professional, kind, friendly, always with a smile in their faces, theyre always busy and if theyre always busy that means they do a great job cause nobody is going to go back to a place they dont feel satisfied; Ive never seen nobody passing out and definitely no ambulance whatsoever. I encourage anybody to try this hair salon if you want a healthy and beautiful hair, I love how Aris leave my hair so straight just like I like..... Keep up the good work ladys.

Honestly I hated the customer service. They yank and pull at your hair like theyre angry and trying to rip it out. I requested that they use a wider tooth comb instead of a super thin comb on my hair, which is coarse, and they refused. My hair was fairly conditioned and combed through before I arrived. All of the yanking was completely unnecessary. I went there just to get my hair bleached with highlights. Even though I have never had thos done before I feel like I could have done a better job than them. What a waste of money.

I was kind of skeptic because of the previous reviews but I thought it would be good to give a try. Everybody deserves a fair chance. I am happy I did so. I am just move from Miami and didnt know where to get my hair done. The staff was friendly and professional. Arlies made recommendations on products to use. The prices were more than reasonable. They definitely have a client with me. I will go back. I strongly recommend you try it for your self.

They cut my hair too short to the point where i looked like a boy. They cut about 4 inches off when all i needed was a trim. Didnt finish my haircut so its uneven & at the end of it still made me pay. Will never come here again. I cried for a whole day, thats how awful my hair looks. Terrible place. Dont come here for a cut! Happy to post pictures.

Waisted my time. Over an hour and a half wait on a weekday, which could have been resolved with being upfront and honest on the time/wait. Would have been courteous to know it would take more than "just a minute." All I got was a fake apology, it was evident my business was not wanted. Was a recurrent client. Lost my businesses. Never again smh

This salon is really great! first time trying it because of the great reviews and I will definitely be back. The staff is really friendly and the price is low for such great quality service. My blowout was really good and lasted much longer than ones Ive done before! :)

Love this salon!. Best haircare in central Florida. They do more than just make your hair look fabulous. prices are great on relaxers and blow outs. Great with kids, They did a wonderful job cutting my toddlers hair

I really like this Salon. They always do a really good job with my hair. The only thing is the wait time is REALLY long. I get there at 9:30am and lucky if I leave before 2:00pm. Also the price is very arbitrary.
